I am here with Chloe and Michelle of Ox Energy, two who have a whole history of how they came having this place in Beverly Hills for all things health and recovery. And we're going to get into mainly hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which so many people love and so many people have benefited from.
Chloe
Welcome, and if you want to give a little intro your history, how you got into the space and. Yes, well, welcome to the podcast and thank you so much for taking the time out of your day. You want to go, Michelle? Michelle, to be here and to tell us a little bit about our new venture and how we came into this wellness world where we are using the latest technology. As far as bio hiking your house.
Michelle
First of all, we needed to go into oxygen just after Covid when the pandemic happened, it changed everything. We've seen so many terrible people dying. And automatically I was thinking next, what can we bring? How can we help those people? And the oxygen therapy seems to be one of the solution.
It blew my mind away. So I started studying and at the beginning I wanted to buy one just for my family. This is how it started. And I've seen all the benefit that is not only for the lungs or help you with long Covid, but it has helped you with many, many other injuries they have in your body or wounds that you have that are trauma. Trauma is a wound also.
So I thought it was something like amazing. Blew my mind away. And I always been in the wellness and in the progressive and the science of the mind myself. I called Chloe, she was in New York. And I told her, can you want to join me to do something bigger, something amazing to help the community here in Los Angeles and try to democratize, to have the democratization of the hyperbaric.
Because so far he was only in hospital and I know to only some people and for only some conditions. So I really wanted to do this and to open and to bring awareness and to start educating people. And this is how I started. And when I called Chloe, Chloe told me, yes, I'm coming. And said, and here she moved here in Los Angeles and from a small guest house.
We started together building a website and creating the name and the logo and growing and learning through pain like that together and to build the company.
Chloe
And you also used to teach yoga. And because of COVID that kind of took things to a different place. Exactly. You know, during COVID we didn't know what happened. So I had a big studio in Beverly Yoga center, the center called Namaste.
Michelle
And during COVID I had to be close. I gave the yoga studio as a service to help a Covid center. We transformed it into a Covid center to help people get tested. And we've seen so many people coming. And I said, okay, the next one is to really venture into the health and into helping people recover from any side effect that they had.
And I went into different classes. I took some courses, some certification, and more I was studying, and more I was growing out about the benefits of this therapy. And after, of course, I learned that adding other therapy, it really helped a little bit more quicker to recover, like a light therapy also in the chambers or before the chamber is very important also. So by adding other services to have one stop for everyone having now all those passion coming from different doctors, also for different conditions, so we have different protocols for them. So keep adding this one stop for everyone, like lymphatic messages.
We're having a lot of post surgery recovery people, so it's very important to have brazilian lymphatic massage to remove the extra fluid and to the surgery is the best outcome. Yeah, I know there's so many healing properties. I have so many questions to ask, especially, you know, with COVID and our blood vessels and everything. But you want to also give a little intro before we get into the questions of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, because I know you also were from New York. I don't know.
Chloe
I hear this a lot with New York as well. It kind of is more of a chaotic, stressful, you know, situation. So that all stresses out our health a little bit, so. And then you moved back here, and now you're with oxenergy too, as well, so. Yeah.
Can you give a little background? Yeah, yeah, of course. I was. I went to college in New York, and then I lived there for a few years, and I did marketing for a company, marketing and e commerce. And while I was living in New York, it's funny, every time I would come home to visit my family in LA, my whole family would tell me, Chloe, you look like you aged.
I'm like, that's the effects of New York City. Living in a place with very little sunshine, living in a place where health is not a priority because it's so busy and everyone is always sick around you. Everything's crowded. You just are nothing of your health. And so when my mom called me and she said, chloe, I want to open a hyperbaric center.
Do you want to come to LA? We'll do it together. And I said, yes, get me out of here to LA. And she, we started learning about the benefits of hyperbaric together because I had no idea what it was. I kind of knew a little bit, but I didn't really know then when I started looking into different ways hyperbaric, I kind of just got blown away.
And I told my mom, I said, wow, you really found something amazing here. And then we found other services that complemented together. For example, iv therapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna, created aux synergy too. And it's really amazing. And I am so lucky to be able to help so many people on their healing and wellness journey.
So that's how synergy came in my eyes. Use this every day since you have a clinic. And what health benefits have you seen for yourself? Did you have any, did you get Covid? Did you have any symptoms?
And then what has your been like since you started the clinic and been using hyperbaric oxygen therapy? So for me personally, because I know Michelle, my mom has a completely different story, which is remarkable. But for me personally, number one iv's with vitamins once a month. And I used to get sick probably six times a year. Now I get sick zero to one times a year and they kind of leaves after a few days.
And we increased my immune system and my, I wear an aura ring, so it monitors my sleep. And before I started, before I started, do you wear one too? I didn't want to give in and I thought it was just a trend. But no, I'm obsessed. I'm obsessed with it.
I wear it every single day. I check it right when I wake up. If it tells me I'm going to have a bad day, I'm having a bad day regardless of how I feel. So I started doing hyperbaric and a sleep has improved dramatically. My HRV now is around 150 to 200 at night when I go to sleep versus before it was around 50.
So, I mean, the higher the HRV, obviously the better your health is. My deep sleep has been increased. My energy levels throughout the day have improved dramatically since I started hyperbaric. Also, I had really bad skin before I would get hormonal acne and it really helped regulate my hormones, so I don't have that anymore. So that's just how it helped me personally.
But I don't go in every day. I go in once a week. But Michelle has a different story. I'd love for you to hear her. Yeah.
How often do you use this? Yeah. What's your history with preparing me? I'm always overboard. You know, when I like something, I have a tendency to do it too much.
Michelle
So I did 60 sessions. You overdo it. Yeah, I overdo it. Yeah, I overdo it. She does it the right way.
Chloe
She does that the right way. Do it the right way because, yeah, I do the right way. I. What I do, I do 60, I don't do 40. Okay.
Michelle
And usually your protocol is depend for what, what you want, watching, what are your goals? If you watch what the surgery. Okay. What is the cause of your sickness or your condition? Let's go to the roots of it and let's design a protocol for you.
For me, I was good health. I'm very flexible, strong. I exercise daily from years, eat very good diet, you know, so physically, I thought that was the best. So why to do hyperbaric. Right.
But working with Chloe, a younger female, I realized that her memory and cognitive function were us. When me, I had some difficulty remembering what I was learning a day or two days before. Okay. Was giving me the small glinge. Okay.
And so I started to do because I wanted to see what it is. And at the beginning, I didn't feel so much. I felt a little bit more energetic, more happy. I was more happy, which is good. And after my 36 session, I start remembering very good.
Remember everything. Chloe was amazed. She was saying me, mama, finally I find you back. I was on the decline, you know, because of the age.
Since I really improved my cognitive memory, my energy, my happiness, my hormone, my skin. Everybody tells me that I look younger. What do I do? I'm not aging. And I did test my telomere.
You know, we have a test check your telomere, which is at the end of the chromosome, but they shorten with the age and sometimes they flare. So with the stress and the oxidation, you can get anything bad, okay. Anything bad can happen to you. By going out of oxygen, you landing your chromosome, the end of the chromosome, the telomere. Looking to optimize your sleep and stay on top of your health.
Jenny Jones
Check out the oura ring, the ultimate tool for health enthusiasts who want to take control of their wellbeing. Michelle
So. Which is a lot. Okay. So again, seven years of earth. So I'm doing that twice a week.
I do a maintenance program because I'm here and I do it. I try to do twice a week and I waited six months and now I'm going to start another 60 session. I need to test and I want to see if I can gain girls this. I don't know. There is no studies showing it.
I didn't have any study that showed that you can even shorten the gaming more. But I'm going to try and make and I'm going to see if it works. So it should be very interesting. And when you say 60 sessions, are you saying 60 minutes or 60 sesh? Like 60 session of 2 hours.
Okay. I need five days a week. Five days a week. Adding some red light therapy into it. And I do once a week.
Iv is full vitamins and I. Okay, I did three months of Ruth. Yeah. So. And I really did a full day talk everything.
And I did my blood test and the doctor, everybody told me everything. Looks amazing. What do you do? So I love that it was for me. Okay.
It was for me. So. But I mean, everybody who comes is a different story. Some people needs 20, some people need 60. But usually when I see somebody aging is in their late fifties, I want to really to give them more if they can afford it.
And if they want to commit best money and time that they can invest on their health. Because it's not only healing the internal body and the organs, but also it gives you the boost of energy and you become more smart also. So it's really win some years. While we say reversing aging is not only anti aging like you can see on your face as the skin is the biggest organ, because the oxygen, you cannot breathe more than 21% of oxygen. So how in the machine you breathe hundred percent of oxygen, it's a whole different story.
It's because you. Yeah, yeah. Because it's like we're always going to be taking. We always have the same oxygen. Right.
Chloe
I was listening to someone as well explain it. Like if you go to the top of the mountain, you get less pressure. So you're getting less oxygen into your body, you know? Exactly. So when you go into an oxygen chamber, you're going below basically sea level, right.
And you're pretty more pressure of oxygen into your blood and the cells and everything. And that's why I think, you know, your brain is now optimal because you're getting so much oxygen to your brain, which I think is what happens when you have aging and blood vessels. You get plaque. You get that amyloid plaque, so you're starting to get less and less oxygen. And even I was listening to a doctor who works with all these patients as well, and he was saying glutathione is so important for the brain.
And when he sees people having some difficulty, like bipolar, schizophrenia or something, he's finding that it's actually, you can't really even test this in the blood, but they're always deficient in glutathione, so they're not even detoxing as well. So this is probably why all things so much, you know, helping you with not aging, because you're stopping. You're getting so much blood flow and oxygen to the brain of. You say it so beautifully. You said, it's very good.
Michelle
Exactly. We like to detox. People have some kind of toxin in the body to really detox and detox the liver with glutathione, like you said, and then do the protocol. And the protocol that I do for myself is the stem cell protocol with some air brakes. It's always 2 hours with the pressure coming up and down.
So it's really, really powerful, very powerful for me and for people that wants to do it. So I know there's different devices, and some say they don't work as well, and some work better than others. How do you choose the right chamber? Do they work differently? Because I know there's, like, the portable ones, are they as strong?
Chloe
Like, I want to know where I go to your place. I know I'm getting the best, you know, change. I think that the thing that you have to look for is authenticity. So I think that when you do go to a center to try and find the best, you have to really just speak to the people, find out how they go about their process, what kind of protocols they prescribe you, and what type of services they have. So it's really just as much as the customer's responsibility to do your research and make sure that where you're going, it's interesting and has the best products.
So, for example, like you said, you don't think people really test glutathione. So we did so much research, and we found a blood test that we actually do here that test your glutathione levels. So for people to go somewhere that has the correct testing the correct products. So, for example, with our hyperbaric chambers, we did so much research to find out what was the best one for us and which one has the best benefits, safety features, because that is super important. Safety is our number one priority above all.
So that's how we looked into our hyperbaric chambers. And also there are different types of chambers for different types of people. Some people like smaller, some people, it could be like buying a car. In terms of style, what style do you like? But in terms of the benefits, you really have to speak to a professional, speak to someone who knows hyperbaric well, tell them what benefits you want, what are your goals and outcomes?
Which type of chamber is best for you? So our chambers, we find, are best for our types of patients. So it really just depends on what the goals and outcomes are. Yeah. Are there different pressures?
Like some only, and then others might have more pressure. So there are soft shell chambers, which are kind of like tents. And those can go up to 1.3 atmospheres. And then there are hard shell chambers that can go up to two or higher atmospheres, depending on what you want to do hyperbaric for. And then a station pressure will be applied to you.
And why do you suggest a higher pressure? I mean, we always are like, why don't we just go to the extreme? Why would you choose less? Because conditions. For some condition, 1.3 is good enough.
Michelle
So the soft chamber is good. And the frequency and the time. If you can stay 2 hours or 3 hours in 1.3, you get the benefits that you are looking for. It depends what you have. But if you have an open wound, okay, or a burn or something major, 1.3 is not enough.
You need to go to higher pressure. Because when you do go to the high, the gas in your body shrink more and you have more space to leave. The oxygen travel through the body, through the places that never go, create a new vessel, new path of blood flow, white cell, your red cell, it really balance your body and rejuvenate yourself and rejuvenate the internal organ as well, especially the skin if you are wound. So it helps close. You know, when you have some certain condition.
A lot of people have difficulties having the wont close. So they need a higher pressure. Those people need higher pressure. So it's depends on maintenance. If you go, you can have even at home.
Some people buy a home hyperbaric soft chamber and they like sleeping in it. So it all depends the needs and the goal of the people, like I said. Yeah. And some people are very sensitive. So they want to start low and then build their way up, which is totally fine.
Chloe
And actually. The doctor loves us because we keep a good contact and a good feedback with the doctor and we really scan, double check, ask everything. We have a lot of paper about their health and they have also. And with me, for example, I give a consultation, I spend even 30 minutes with a patient to understand their lifestyle, to guide them and to understand exactly where they should be and where they are and what happened in their lives. So this of them.
Michelle
So when you give them the protocol, they know exactly what's going on and why they are doing. And after we can reassess in the middle. I don't have so many people who just stop here, give me a prescription. This is my doctor and wants me to do this. They do that.
I still want to know why, what it is and why. And I guess I can suggest them also my feedback or call the doctor and see because a lot of people come and they say never did a hyperbaric. And they want to be in the higher is what the doctor has them and they want to be. And a lot of time I want to be safe. I rather start in very low 1.3 to make sure the ears are okay.
They can, they are not sick, they are not other condition. And then bring them up slowly. And then someone comes to your clinic, they're always going to start at like 1.3 or something first initially.
Chloe
Unless they have a doctor's note stating otherwise. And they did already hyper break. Yeah. And they screening report which has all of their medical history and will approve or deny them or let us know exactly what to expect from them. Yeah, yeah.
Michelle
I mean, and sometimes during the session we can hire them also a little bit, you know. Yeah, it's Casey. And you guys also have the oxygen in your nose, right. Which is, I think a lot. I get a lot of people asking me to go to Vegas or something and they get the oxygen therapy.
Chloe
So you guys at your clinic as well? Yeah, so we do offer oxygen bar therapy, but we also in the chamber, you're also wearing a cannula or a mat. So there are different types of therapies. I mean, people always ask me, why can't they just do the oxygen bar? They're breathing from an oxygen concentrator.
And I tell them that the difference is the pressure. So I mean, a lot of the times people will travel to. I'll give them this example. You could travel to Colorado and a lot of people will get sick because of the lack of oxygen because of the altitude, secure that they go into a hyperbaric chamber, which is, which pressurizes, which basically goes lower than the altitude that they're in. Or let's say you're in an airplane.
People wear compression saw because of the pressure that you're going up. The altitude limits your blood flow in your body, which can cause a lot of inflammation. So when you reverse that and you. Go down, I didn't even think about that flying, but that's what's happening when you're flying, you're getting. You get inflamed.
Yeah, you're getting pressurized vessel, but you're at a higher altitude. So basically, the blood flow in your body, your circulation is not working as well. So that's why when you go in a hyperbaric chamber, you're under pressure in the opposite way. You're going under sea level versus going up the sky. Lower the airplane, you're getting that extra blood flow, and that inflammation is going down dramatically because of that extra blood flow.
Then that oxygen is going deeper into your body, into your red blood cells. So those red blood cells that are going around your body doing what it needs to do, they have all that extra oxygen from the pressure, from the oxygen we're giving you in your nose and mouth, and you're able to heal and just feel your best that way. So that is the difference. Oxygen bar is great to improve, give you that, increase your oxygen levels for sure. But if you want to target specific issues and have a long term results, hypovaric is definitely, my personal opinion, the best.
So would you suggest any, like, I don't know, methylene blue or do an iv before or do glutathione before to kind of like. Do you recommend anything doing before after? Yeah, so definitely. So methylene blue actually we yet, but hopefully we are going to. We have a lot of naturopathic doctors that we work with that can be a patient.
Methyl and blue. So they come test for hypothermic and they go to them for those types of services. But we do have iv therapy, for example, glutathione. And I actually recommend almost everyone to do glutathione because most of us are deficient. We all have free radicals in our body that need to be detoxed.
And so the best would be to do hyperbaric. And then after hyperbaric, you do an iv or glutathione with glutathione. That's the best way for your body to absorb all those vitamins, nutrients, and amino acids. And then also in the hyperbaric chamber before your iv. Adding red light is super important to the parts of the body that in it, we have a cap you put on your head.
So people who are struggling with memory or inflammation in the brain, mental health, we put that red light on your cap, on your head while in the fishing. Yeah. While in the chamber, we are at the edge of the technology and we ask out the engineer and they are putting it. Wow. So you can put it on your shoulder.
You can put it on your knee wherever you need it. Put it on your organs. You got your breasts done. Put on your breasts while you're in the chamber healing the wounds closed. And now you just need healing.
People come in actually after surgery, and they have lack of blood flow to the part of the body to go up surgery. So, for example, their nipple could be turning purple or their nose could be turning purple because it's not getting hyperbaric. And red light come in and it just increases the blood flow. You know, I wonder how many people have surgery and have no idea to do this for healing. Like, everyone should be doing this after surgery.
Michelle
Everyone. And so many people don't even know about it. I know, and I'm like, this is. You need to be healing. Like, you need to get your body in that healing recovery.
Chloe
Like, at that time after surgery. So, yeah, I'm kind of shocked, too. Like, people don't think about, you know, and I'm like, yeah, everyone should be doing it. The surgeon in Beverly's nose now, because I've seen it, and they are getting very educated on it, and they realize that it's for their own good to their patient to come to oxygenergy two to have their session, their treatment, because they see a big difference and the healing process, so everybody's happy. It's a win win situation.
Yeah, love that.
I'm curious, what modalities do you do for biohacking that you found is your favorite? I don't know. I've done it all, and I wish I could do more hyperbaric oxygen therapy. It's just. Yeah, it's like I almost my place because.
Yeah, it's. These things are not so easy. You know, we're all kind of time constraint. I know it's also costly for people. So, you know, but for me, it's like, you know, going to the clinic, it's a few hours out of your day, but, like, you know, in our.
Chambers, you can work from our chambers, you can. I know. That's what I wanted to mention as well, because you said you're in there for 2 hours. But I know some people too. They're just working the whole time in the chambers.
And I don't think people know that.
Michelle
This is right now. In today's life, you don't have to meet yourself, you don't have time for yourself. So when you take this time and you are alone with no disturbance, your focus, everything grow and you feel good. And time flies so good after. You don't want the door to be open.
Sometimes the door open like that. I said, no, no, no. I wanted to stay more. Some days I fell asleep, I take a nap in it and it's really rejuvenating. So for me, I look at it now as a luxury, as a treatment.
Chloe
Like a meditation too, because you're just walking all the sound out of your life. Absolutely, absolutely. So when I go there, mama, I need you, I need you. I said, please, I need my time. I'm going to be so much productive after you can call me in the chamber, we can work.
Michelle
I can work with you over the Facetime or something over the phone and still doing to be productive for myself. Yeah, yeah, I love that. I, I have some, you know, I have my own little routine too. I love red light therapy. I've been doing a lot of that.
Chloe
I have my helmet in the morning, you know, frequency. I'm taking a different supplement. I'm really into detoxing right now as well, I think, you know, I have a little, I have some mold in me at the moment. And I went to a holistic dentist and did the cone scan and I have some type, I had an eye infection year ago and I knew it never healed. So I have some nebulizing draining, but now I'm like, my gosh, I need to do, there's so many things out there, and then you almost forget.
And I'm like, oh, yeah, I should be doing this hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Like what? You know, like, I just, I don't know it, there's just so many little and biohack and you have your PMF math, you have your sauna, you have your red light. It's a technology that is offered now that it has a lot of research and data on those machinery. And I think it's a good time now to use them, especially that oxygen is a natural nutrient.
Michelle
It's not something that you inject in your body or it's not something that's going to affect badly one of your organs, any organ. So it's really, I see only benefits. I don't know why I'm not going. I don't, I don't know. It's something that I know about and they always have them at the conferences and I'll just hop in for a second.
Chloe
But I'm like, and this, because it's like the healing here. I have some type of, you know, and I've been working on nasal draining and all this, and I'm like, why don't I do the hyperbaric oxygen therapy? I don't know. It's unfortunate, but it is what it is. Sick or feel sick to come and to commit.
Michelle
Only a few people which are really proactive mind and understand the process, but it's really, really small market. But the majority of the people, they need to be sick to give them a reason to start these treatments. We want to be preventative, you know, that's the thing. It's like a lot of people, people are saying, hey, and I also want to feel amazing or like, why do you do all of this? Like, well, I mean, I have been very exhausted, sick, you know, couldn't breathe.
Chloe
I, you know, allergies and all that has gone. I can, you know, breathe very well, exercise forever, recover faster how good you can feel, even your brain, like, I'm really into health as well because it's so important. Like when you have energy, your brain, you're functioning and you have no brain fog and you can work better, harder. And you also feel happier when, you know, your serotonin, dopamine and all that, it's working correctly. You know, you just feel amazing every day and then also extending your longevity.
So, you know, but I just feel also we're always surrounded by toxins like plastics and heavy metals. So it's like we always need to be detoxing. I feel like our, you know, youre, maybe your health is here, but it can also, absolutely, you know, so it's not like you're going to be at 100%, maybe the rest of your life. Things happen, ups and downs and then, you know, but, and do you guys offer like a membership or anything for people who are listening if they want to come in all the time? Do you guys offer memberships?
We do. We have a memberships that are great. We have anti aging memberships, longevity. We have maintenance, general health. So it really just depends on the person and then we let them know which membership is right for them.
So we have one, for example, it's an oxygen membership for a certain price where you save money, you'll get four hyperbaric sessions a month. We have an anti aging longevity membership, which is 60 sessions over the course of three months and includes some iv's, red light therapy. That one's very popular. So we have a transform one, which includes hyperbaric charger, which is actually a BMF Tesla coil device that we have here as well. So, yeah, it's just base by base.
We let them know which memberships we have, which one's the best for them, when they hopefully get it. I love. Yeah. Are you guys gonna be expanding at all? Because I know you guys are kind of like a little Beverly Hills over coming to the west side.
Expanding, hopefully, yeah. People don't like to travel, so, I mean, not bad. You can schedule your way here around traffic, but definitely a different state. Hopefully soon. Maybe the east coast.
I mean, we're looking into it. We're looking at where we're needed most. And hope soon. Yeah, we are in process. We are talking with different people and.
Michelle
And we are putting really. We want really to have a concept, to be able to be reproduced. I think these things need to be. It's like instead of having a CV's or a Walgreens or something, every corner, we should be having these clinics. Every corner.
Chloe
Because that's the feeling, right? Hundred percent, yeah. Policies.
We want to stay authentic to ourselves. You know, we don't want to just expand, to expand. We want every single center to be like the first one that we've ever created. Where it's real. The customer service is there, the services that we add are amazing and beneficial for everyone.
So that's really how I think that's. Mostly for the space. Like, a lot of people in this space really want to help others. That's the area of health and wellness, like functional medicine, is because we actually want people to heal and feel good and extend their longevity. So with this as the biohack or Blondie podcast, I just have to ask, maybe biohacks, you want to tell the audience that you love, that are.
That you use daily or that you want to mention. Sure. I'll go first. Okay. Number one is glutathione.
I mean, that is just in so many ways with my immune system. Another one is definitely vitamin D. I think everyone is deficient. Personally, I find most people are deficient. I get vitamin D shots once a month.
That has increased my energy levels and my mental health tremendously. And then the third one that I love, I mean, hyperbaric oxygen therapy. So my sleep, because when I sleep. Good, I feel good. I think that goes to everyone.
And, yeah, those are my top three. I love. A lot of people are thinking hyperbaric oxygen therapy to help us sleep. They help. They think of just, like, the skin or the healing, but really, it's, like, affecting your sleep drastically.
And you can tell by your aura ring, which I love. Yeah, exactly. You can physically see it. Ah, I know. And then Michelle, for me, is hyperbaric.
Michelle
Okay. Very important for me. And your skin looks amazing.
Chloe
Oh, Shane says the craziest cream. Korea. Wait, what? Creams? Wait.
Michelle
Yeah. You have to listen to this. Okay? Wait. Because you have such gorgeous skin.
Chloe
I need to know what your skincare routine is before you leave. It's your routine. It's seven cream. So you need to be seven cream. But I don't.
Michelle
I put the 7th cream a night. Okay. Most of the time. And I put three cream in the morning. And it's korean.
Korean cream. And the name is insecthood. And it's fantastic. It works for me very well. And it creates a shine.
It really iterates. It penetrates. There is a mist. There is some cream with oxygen also in it that the skin. And it has been great.
I've been doing this, like, perhaps four months because I've got four sets of those creams and cannot travel without it. No, I sell them here. Okay. Another reason to go to the clinic and sell them. Okay.
We can ship it to you. You can call us toxinergy two, and we can ship it to you. It's dermatology boosters also. So great. It's great.
And there's a lot of collagen. There have even a mask that you put. And you put a spray, and the collagen goes inside your skin instantly. It's nanotechnology. It's really, really smaller than.
Smaller than your core and that you have. So it really penetrates. Great project. You know why I did so? It's just like, I'm not patient enough to do seven steps at night.
Chloe
But when I do do it, I wake up looking like a glaze. Look so good. And just like I told you, Michelle, she does things right. Me, I'm like, okay, I'm gonna do it. And then I stop, and then I do it again.
Michelle
If you go on our instagram, I think I posted a video of how I do it, how I use it. Right, Chloe? It's on our. It's on our YouTube. You'll find our tutorial.
Chloe
And I put the link in the podcast and everything. Oh, nice. So we can all look. So. And I love my second red light therapy.
Michelle
And I love messages. So what we did here, we combined both. I have my messages on a red light therapy. So I have narrative message. They open on the lymph, you know, in the body first.
Chloe
Yeah. So then how to the detox program that everyone should, should do. Okay. To my opinion. I know.
Michelle
So she messaging me with natural product. So I love the heat. I love the light. I feel the healing for the inflammation, for the joint, for any injury that I may have on my musculature. I do a lot of weight lifting to strengthen my bones.
Helped me a lot. So. And then after this, I do the PMF, the biocharger, because I do also. You guys offer that. Yeah, I love that.
I do also opening lymph. I go back always with my lymph, and I do inflammation, and I do memory like an elephant. So it really works on my brain. So this is my, my three personal thing that I love, of course. And I do the glutathione and vitamins, vitamin D amounts, like Chloe.
So this is some. This is not that I'm trying to stay longer. Yeah. It's not that. It's that I want function, and I want to be, you know, I have seven children myself, and I have 21 grandchildren and my grandchildren.
My oldest grandchildren is 17 years old. She's telling me that she wants to get married. She wants to be like me. So I thought, okay, so I want to be Arya grandma and young and be still an inspiration for everyone and show my yoga poses and do some headstands and some acrobatic poses to impress the grandchildren. So my thing.
Chloe
Wow. You are an inspiration to all. That's so great, because you have to have energy when you have that many grandkids and children. You don't know. You don't want to know because it's not anymore.
Michelle
Your kids, people. Wow. You look amazing for all that. I had no idea, but this was so great. So I'm so glad you guys came on my podcast and talked everything.
Chloe
