let's say hello to our executive producer, mister Stu Bergear. Hello, Stu.

Stu Burguiere
Hello, Stubergear.

Glenn Beck
That's you. I don't know if you know that, I don't know about you, Stu, but I am gravely, gravely concerned that we have somebody, anybody, let alone a Supreme Court justice, who would fly a flag upside down.

I don't know what that means, other than we all have to kill each other for Donald Trump.

But he did that, and now he's flown another flag at his beach house, and he's got to stop.

Stu Burguiere
Well, the upside down flag, as we know, is a symbol of January 6, Glenn. That is what it is. It was in the headline of the New York Times. I mean, sure. Down in paragraph 18, they mentioned that, you know, dozens of groups basically have been using this for a long time to show distress for the country.

Glenn Beck
Well, I hate to point this out, but it does. That's exactly. If your ship is in trouble and you're at sea, you fly your flag upside down as a symbol that we are in distress. We're sinking. We've been taken over. Whatever it is. We're, we're out of refreshments.

And you fly your flag upside down, and it means ship in distress. If you fly it. This is all flag code, by the way. If you fly it upside down on your home or your building or whatever, it is, a symbol that the nation is in distress.

Now, I haven't noticed any kind of distress, you know, I just haven't noticed if there's any problems that seem like, gee, we should concentrate on that or maybe even bend a knee and appeal to heaven.

But he did. He apparently thinks that the nation's in distress.

Stu Burguiere
Well, at least his wife did, which is seemingly. Who actually flew the flag upside down.

Glenn Beck
And then also damn wives. You know what I mean?

Stu Burguiere
Yeah. And then also, you know, I think in the days after January 6, I think no matter what side of the argument you're on, the idea that the nation was in distress is probably a good take.

Glenn Beck
Speaker one. You know, I don't know if people remember this, but everyone, including now some of the people that were just walking around the Capitol, they found this abhorrent.

They found, what happened? I, it was, it was, it was not the darkest day since the civil war. It was that maybe the darkest day since the left in the 1980s set off a bomb inside the Capitol. That was a pretty dark day, and it was akin to that maybe the.

Stu Burguiere
Darkest day since a Bernie Sanders campaign volunteer tried to assassinate 20% of the elected Republicans in Washington.

Glenn Beck
Thank you.

Stu Burguiere
There's a lot of dark days you can point to. I don't know, but it was not a good day.

Glenn Beck
Yeah, it wasn't a good day. Nobody was proud of what was going on.

At least I was. And all of my friends looked at that and said, that's not who we are. And I don't care if you're a Republican or Democrat, we were all offended by that. But the media has made this into, Republicans just loved it, and that's just not true. Anyway, you. Anyone, anyone, you know, Democrats, if you really felt the way I felt on January 6, which I think you did, you could have flown your flag upside down because it shows a nation in distress. And that's clear on that day, no matter who you voted for, the nation was in distress. The republic was at stake. Can we all agree to that?

Now they're trying to tie that to January 6 and make that a symbol of January 6. It is not.

When you tie it to January 6, you now destroy another tradition of America.

I have flown my flag upside down before.

I don't remember what was going on in the world, but there was something going on in the world, and I flew my flag upside down for about a week.

Now I happen to have a flagpole that's in the mountains, and nobody would see it, but my family saw it, and I, and I flew it upside down. I have also committed the crime that we now know.

Justice Alito's beach house.

They also flew another flag last summer.

First of all, they flew a 2022 Phillies flag.

I don't, I think we all are quite aware of the Phillies connection to January 6, but they then flew the appeal to heaven flag.

Mm hmm.

Mm hmm.

Mm hmm. I'm just gonna let that sit with you for a while. Wow.

Yeah. The flag that was, you know, the. The design came from George Washington and its appeal to heaven, you know? So that's at least in the summer months to fly that. I think we all know what he was saying. Right?

Maybe appeal to heaven. Maybe that. Maybe that would be it. By the way, let me just tell you a little bit about that flag, in case you don't know. That's the flag with a pine tree. It's white. There's also a red one, which we'll get to in a second, but there's a white one, and it says, an appeal to heaven. It has a pine tree on it that was the symbol of New England since the 16th century. Why? Because New England had big pine trees. Why was that important? Because they could build ships and build them for England or whoever, and ship giant masts, which were hard to find because nobody had the giant pine trees that New England had.

So they would build these masts out of the trees and they would sell them. So it was a big business in the first place. So that's one reason the pine tree was there.

But also, after warring for decades, the leaders of five nations, the Seneca, the Cayuga, the Oneadega, Oneida, and Mohawks, they had been warring with each other forever. But there was a great leader. He was called the great Peacemaker.

He was with the Iroquois.

He convinced all of them to bury their weapons under a pine tree.

The great peacemaker did that. So it is also the symbol of the tree of peace.

Isn't that interesting? Now, it was so crazy, that symbol, that it actually was on the currency in the 17th century, so the 16 hundreds.

Also, it was on the coinage produced by the Massachusetts Bay colony, and it became the symbol of the colonial iron resistance, as well as a multi tribal support for independence. Now, where did that come from?

Because it says, an appeal to heaven. Well, it's kind of interesting. It comes from. Now, this. Stew, buckle up, because I'm about to mention a true radical, and this will tell you everything. You know, the phrase appeal to heaven is an expression of the right. Oh, boy.

Stu Burguiere
Oh, no.

Glenn Beck
Yeah. The right of revolution.

And that right of revolution. And the appeal to heaven comes directly from that outrageous killer, John Locke.

Oh, wow.

Stu Burguiere
That you want to talk about a controversial figure? I mean, John Locke.

Glenn Beck
Right.

Stu Burguiere
You know, you've got. If you. If you like John Locke, you might like the enlightenment.

Glenn Beck
Yeah. You know, you might.

Stu Burguiere
And then where. How. How far does that go?

Glenn Beck
So let me just. Let me. Let me just boil it. At least I have more. Let me just boil this down. This flag is first a sign of the pine tree as trade, okay? It is also a sign of peace among the Indians.

It is then added to that, the appeal to heaven comes from John Locke. And what he wrote in 1690 was a refute of the theory of the divine right of kings.

So, I mean, everybody loves having a king, right?

Sure. Of course. So this is an anti king flag. Now, when I say anti king, what I mean is not necessarily a revolution. You have a right to a revolution. But here's what this means, and I quote, where the body of people or any single man is deprived of their right or is under the exercise of a power without right, in other words, the divine right of kings. I'm king, so I make up all the rights. Because God tells me, if you are living under the exercise of a power without right and have no appeal on earth, meaning you can't go to a judge, you can't go to anybody because of the divine right of kings, I have no way to have anyone protect my right.

Then you have the liberty to appeal to heaven.

Huh?

How very controversial in the United States of America.

Now, let me tell you another reason why I believe Alito has an appeal to heaven.

I always interpreted that flag as an appeal to heaven for common sense and for help. Please, lord, help us. And it would go right along with an upside down flag, now, wouldn't it? We're in distress. Can we please look to God and beg for his mercy and guidance?

How unbelievably controversial is that to say from the people who tell us democracy is about to be lost, to fly a flag that says we're a nation in distress.

Now, you may not believe in God, but a lot of us do believe in God. And a lot of us now look at these problems, this distress, and say there is no other answer but to appeal to God for mercy and guidance.

So that might be the reason he flew those flags. Also, let me just tell you something else. Do you know what Alito did a couple of summers back?

Do you know what he did?

You know, still.

Stu Burguiere
I mean, I know it's bad, but no, I don't know specifically what it is.

Glenn Beck
Horrible.

Stu Burguiere
Okay.

Glenn Beck
He's the guy who wrote the Dobbs decision.

Stu Burguiere
Oh, no.

Glenn Beck
Okay, so there's reason number one for the attack, but also let's look at it from Alito's point of view.

That decision was leaked and led to people in the streets trying to, in front of their houses trying to kill supreme court justices.

I think he might also have another reason for saying it's a nation in stress, especially since every single supreme court justice knows who leaked the decision.

Every single one of them.

Everybody in Washington who is, who was part of the Supreme Court, was part of the investigation. They all know who leaked the decision, but no one paid the price.

If there's no judge that can judge you on earth because they're unrighteous and not doing the things that they're supposed to be doing under the Bill of rights, you appeal to heaven. And according to that great scandalous monster, John Locke, that's your right.

Now I'm going to take a quick break, and then I'm going to compare him to someone else that is oh so beloved in 60 seconds.

First, let me tell you about Mark, who lives in Washington. His relief factor story. Mark was involved in a really bad accident, had a bad injury. Uh, afterward, he found himself living with nagging back pain. Even worse, he often, it often came with a side order of pain and numbness in his leg. He was desperate for some sort of relief, something drug free. Thankfully, relief factor worked for him. The pain went from unbearable to minimal. It's been a blessing. That's his quote, noting that he loves the fact that he can adjust how much he's taking according to what he needs for managing his aches and pains. I've been where Mark was, and it is. I had, I had a really serious problem with my hands. I mean, it's, it just, it was pain so bad. I just, I couldn't, I just couldn't live like that anymore. It took that pain away.

Relief factor. If you're where Mark is or was and you want to be where he is now, try relief factor. Just try it. A three week quick start is all you need. If you don't see any results, stop taking it. Three weeks or less. Relieffactor.com comma, call 800 for relief. Save on your first order now. 800. The number for relief. It's relieffactor.com.

ten second station id.

Now, of course they don't like it. They don't like Alito because his wife flew a flag. And there all these judges, he'd have to recuse himself now from everything because, well, I mean, his wife had an opinion and he flew a flag that said it appealed to heaven. Now, let me give you this from 2016.

Donald Trump is a faker. He has no consistency about him. He says whatever comes to his head at any moment. He really has an ego. How has he gotten away with not turning over his taxes? I can't imagine what this place would be like. I can't imagine what the country would be with Donald Trump as our president.

2016 during election Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Hmm.

That seems like she was involved and nobody was calling for her to recuse herself on anything. 2012. I love this one. At one point, we talked about the lack of Medicaid funding for abortions for poor women because of a 1980 Supreme Court decision called Harris versus McRae. She then said, that really surprised me, frankly. I thought at the time that Roe was decided where there was a concern about population growth, and particularly in the growth of populations that we don't want to have too many of, so that Roe was going to be then set up for Medicaid funding for abortion. So here in 2012, Ruth Bader Ginsburg is talking about eugenics and getting rid of the growth of populations that we don't want to have too many of.

I wish she was around so I could ask her which population she meant. Is it black? Is it hispanic? Is it white? Who do you put in the ovens? Who is it that you sterilize? Who is it that you wipe out? Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

So don't start with Justice Alito.

And if you want to fix the problem, if you really want to fix the problem, then name the leaker.

But you can't do that because I have a feeling it's a supreme court justice.

More in just a second.

Glenn Beck
Stand up, Glenn Beck.

Glenn Beck
So here's the deal with good ranchers. If you can name another meat company that's going to give you free wagyu burgers, guarantee that those wagyu burgers and all the meat you buy from them is a 100% american meat and is supporting our veterans. Every time you spend a dime with that company, well, maybe we can get behind that meat company. So let's hear it. Who is that? I'm waiting.

Okay, so there's nobody like that except good ranchers. They're partnering with paralyzed veterans of Americans. So right now, this month, every time you order a box order from good ranchers, it directly supports veterans with spinal cord injuries, et cetera, et cetera. You could go to the grocery store and pay way too much for substandard meats that come from overseas.

Or you can get 100% american high quality meat from good ranchers. Plus eight free burgers in every box for a year. These are Wagyu burgers. Eight free burgers for a year every month, plus bacon jam, which I love it's only found@goodranchers.com. dot goodranchers.com. make sure you use the promo code, Becky, and claim that year of Wagyu.

Stu Burguiere
Burgers and head over to blazetv.com. glenn. Use the promo code, Glenn, and save $20 off BlazeTV.

Glenn Beck
Hello, America. As we're getting ready, to all of us be forced to fly a gay pride flag, we're talking about that really controversial move.

Now, according to the New York Times, we find out that Judge Alito at his beach house flew an appeal to heaven flag and the Phillies flag.

And I think we all know how we feel about the Phillies.

Stu Burguiere
The Phillies flag. You're saying the 2022 flag. You mean the year Russia invaded Ukraine? Is that the year you're talking about?

Glenn Beck
That's what he's saying.

Stu Burguiere
That's exactly what he's saying. He's pro Russia. It proves it.

Look at his beat. This is so insane.

And, you know, I don't know, like there's some level of this that of course, you expect from the left and the media, like I, you know, ProPublica has been doing this series of, of, quote, unquote, news stories in which they unveil where Clarence Thomas went on vacation, like he took a flight with a friend and you don't, that friend has too many dollars. Yeah, that we should, Clarence Thomas should not be able to talk about any Supreme Court case that relates to dollars because he's friends with dollars.

Glenn Beck
Can I tell you something? Remember when I flew to Iraq? No, you weren't there because you're a coward. But when I, when I flew to Iraq, the Russians gave notice that they were going to start shelling the city and we were like, you got to go. You got to get to the airport. And I happened to be flying privately, and ABC News was not flying privately and the airport was closed. And so who was it? Vargas, I think, didn't have any way out of the country and was looking like a scared little puppy dog, as I would have.

And I said, you guys don't have any way out?

No, we don't. The airport's closed. I said, you guys can hop on my plane and come with me. Now, Vargas happened to have a non friend with too much money that flew her out. So do we question all of her reporting?

The answer is yes, we do question all of her reporting and all of the reporting from ABC News, but not.

Stu Burguiere
The, I mean, not because she took flights with you necessarily.

Glenn Beck
Yeah. And by the way, thanks for the note. Oh, no, I never got one. Oh, well, anyway, go ahead.

Stu Burguiere
It's just like, I expect this from, I don't know, propublica.

Glenn Beck
Right?

Stu Burguiere
Like, what? Who are they? They sit around and occasionally do reports just making Supreme Court justices look bad.

They're a far left wing media organization that is outwardly progressive. And I don't know, you expect this. The New York Times is supposed to be the respectable one. Now we know that they're not. Okay? But like, it.

They are trying to say that two symbols of, of american history are symbols of January 6 and stop the steel. It's like, well, no, they've been used for a hundred different things forever.

Glenn Beck
300 years.

Stu Burguiere
You went through the history of the pine tree flag, and it's well known. The, I've literally never seen, and now I'm not saying it was not utilized by people who said stop the steel, but I've never seen an upside down flag utilized in that way. I'm not saying it didn't happen, but, like, the idea that it would be used in a headline as a well known symbol of the stop the steel movement, like, I don't know. We covered that a hundred times. I've never even seen it as a symbol of that. And when they look into it and they find out, well, she was having this, this, this, you know, fight with her neighbor, and, you know, imagine being in, you're in this complex. You're getting people who are coming to your coworkers homes to assassinate them, and then you have people in your neighborhood taking shots at you with signs on their lawn. Like, the fact that you might react to that is not necessarily a crazy idea.

But what they want is to delegitimize the court because they're not getting rulings they, like.

Glenn Beck
They're also preparing for the court if they happen to rule in Donald Trump's favor in the next election. Because if they win, they're going to need to control the court. If they lose, they're going to need to control or discredit the court. Look at everything they're doing. This is a color revolution. And everything that they do must discredit and destroy every bit of credibility for any institution and any kind of history.

That's what's happening here. This is a, this is a, this is not just an attack on Scalia and the court. This is an attack on the court system.

It is also an attack on our american history to pervert and change. That's why I gave the detailed truth about the flag, because you must know this. They are racing.

You know, when I started collecting the american history I did it, and I've told the story a million times, but I'll tell you a short version again, I did it because in my prayers, I heard clay pots. I didn't know what that meant. For months, I kept hearing it, my prayers, until one day I was on the air and I said, the people that we are fighting against hate our nation, our founding documents. They hate everything about us. And they will take our sacred american scripture, the declaration, and the Bill of Rights, and they will destroy them if they have a chance. First they'll pervert, and then they'll destroy. As I said that on the air, I almost stopped, and I wanted to say, oh, my gosh, you don't understand what just happened in my head, because when I said sacred american scripture, I understood what I had been hearing from God for six months. Clay pots. The clay pots are what saved the Dead Sea Scrolls. So I interpreted it. I swear to you, I think God's going to come, you know, going, yeah, I was thinking about flower pots, Glenn, but it was cool what you did, but I started saving those.

We are now in the place where they have already, in our national archives, discredited and put warning labels on things like the Declaration of Independence. You could no longer walk up the front steps and see the Declaration of Independence. You now have to go in the back door and get all of the PC crap until you get to the Declaration of Independence. And if you don't think these people will destroy it, they will. They have to erase the memory of what we truly are and destroy all of our abilities to be a free nation. I've got a monologue coming up about Boeing here in a little while, and that is part of this. It just. They're destroying everything, absolutely everything they have to. It's a color revolution.

Stu Burguiere
And they will go to any, any length, no matter how absurd, to do this. Let me give you this. This is from.

So Jesse Wegman is this guy's name. He is a New York Times editorial board member. This is so this is not just some guy. He's the member of the editorial board of the New York Times.

And Noah Rothman points this out. Just listen to this guy. I don't know if you. If you. If you even saw this. The need to establish some link between conduct that should, according to Wegman, compel Thomas to recuse himself from Trump related cases. And Alito's alleged offense produced what I'm confident ranks as one of the most embarrassing sentences the Times has ever published. Now, think about the standards here. We're talking about people who denied the holodomor. Right? Like, this is. These are people who said there was. There was no famine, there was no nothing, everything was totally fine. They were not killing millions and millions of people.

There are numerous examples of embarrassing lines of the New York Times, but this is what he says, and I think he's right.

Maybe one of the most embarrassing sentences the Times has ever published. Quote, Justice Thomas's extreme closeness with his wife.

This is real. This really happened.

Glenn Beck
Oh, my God.

Stu Burguiere
Justice Thomas's extreme closeness with his wife, he has described them as being melded into one being.

Raises similar doubts about his ability to be impartial.

Glenn Beck
Oh, my gosh.

Isn't that exactly what marriage is supposed to do? Isn't that the ideal marriage?

Stu Burguiere
It's exactly what this is, the fundamental basis of marriage. The whole thing is you're supposed to be relatively close to your wife, I think goes on.

Glenn Beck
Get that?

Stu Burguiere
Extreme closeness, a degree of marital devotion well beyond that which Americans should tolerate Supreme Court justices, says Rothman. Thomas's judgment cannot be trusted, indeed, because he, quote, is breaking federal law by virtue of failing to maintain an arm's length relationship with his own wife.

Glenn Beck
Oh, my God.

Stu Burguiere
The absurdity of this.

Glenn Beck
Would you send that to JP over at the museum? That needs to be printed on acid free paper so it can be preserved. That is crazy. Just crazy.

Stu Burguiere
And I will say, glenn, I have noticed watching you, that you seem to have some degree of closeness with Tanya. That makes me incredibly uncomfortable.

Glenn Beck
I know it does. It does.

Stu Burguiere
Your judgment is in question here. You seem to like this woman a whole bunch, and I.

Glenn Beck
What was I thinking when I got a divorce?

Stu Burguiere
Yeah, yeah.

Glenn Beck
You know what I mean. I had that arm slings relationship, by the way, I want to.

Next hour, I'm going to go into this, but I just want you to hear when. When I say things are being destroyed and your memories are going to be erased, you know, the. Just through time and all of this kind of nonsense that's going on, I want you to know this is coordinated, and it's going to get worse very soon.

Just a couple of years ago at the WEF, the World Economic Forums conference, Yuval Noah Harari, who Barack Obama promoted like crazy.

Clinton promoted like crazy. All of the elites love this guy. Cut 17. Just listen to what he is saying here. A system that understands us better than.

Stu Burguiere
We understand ourselves, can predict our feelings and decisions, can manipulate our feelings and decisions, and can ultimately make decisions for us. Soon, at least, some corporations and governments will be able to systematically hack all the people, we humans should get used to the idea that we are no longer mysterious souls. We are now hackable animals.

Glenn Beck
Wow. What is he saying there?

I'll explain next hour. Stand by.

First, let me tell you about our commercial sponsor this half hour, and we thank them for their support. It's lear capital.

Stock market is up. And everybody feels good when the stock market is up. But what do they keep saying about what's up on the stock market?

The big seven. Right? It's no longer Fortune 500. It's the big seven.

Gee, those. I believe those big seven are the ones that are in a public private partnership with the government. Hmm.

The stock market is up. Also, the cost of gold is up. Wait a minute. How does that work? Because some people understand this is a giant game.

Imagine your wealth is a big apple pie. Inflation is somebody that just keeps coming to the window and stealing more and more of your pie, wants to break into your house, take much of his pie as he can. That's inflation, and it will eventually take all of it. Now, you could put the pie in an old cardboard box. We'll call that the dollar. Or you could put it in something safe, like gold or silver.

The choice is obvious. Your wealth is only as secure as the container, if you will, that it is in. And lear capital specializes in providing your wealth the safest, the most time tested container. And that is gold or silver. They have a 24 hours risk free purchase. Lear is the precious metal leader that you can trust. You can call them now.

They'll credit your account $250 because you're a listener of mine. But call them today, please.

Please.

The dollar is a cardboard box.

800 957 gold. 809. Five seven gold. Lear capital, 800 957 gold.

So did you hear about Graceland? This is a crazy story. Obviously, Elvis House back in the day, and this has now been passed down several generations. And Lisa Marie Presley had the rights to the home. She passes away. And as this is going on, a foreclosure notice comes to Graceland.

And apparently some investment company had apparently made a loan with Lisa Marie Presley before she dies, and she never paid the loan back. So they're going to foreclose on Graceland and give it to some crazy investment company.

Long story short, like, they look into this and lawsuits are filed, this company may not even exist.

In fact, it seems like this was a prime example of home title fraud. Yeah, it's happening to Graceland now. Luckily, they've reversed this now because they were able to catch it. Hello, america. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. I want to talk to you a little bit about a new book that I have coming out.

This is a story that I have had in my head since probably about 2004. I write these stories in my head and then I don't have the time to actually write them myself. So this time I hired a woman. About how long has Mikayla been with us? Maybe four years, three, four years.

And I found her on the Internet. I started reading, she was doing a blog and I started reading some of her work. And she was just a great writer and storyteller. She really understood story.

And so I hired her. And she's been working with our staff for our tv show. And her name is Michaela Hedrick. And I told her this story and I said, you might have the sensibilities to write this. You want to take a stab at it. And she did. And we worked together on it now for, I don't know, a year and a half. And it is really good. And it is my first young adult fiction. And so it's coming out this summer. You can order it right now. Just go to glennbeck.com. it's called chasing embers. And it's a story of two teenagers that are living in the future, probably about 50 years from now, and they're living in these beautiful, utopian, or what we're supposed to be, beautiful, utopian cities, you know, 15 minutes cities.

And everything has been erased and everything we've been talking about just this hour, erased.

And now history books and everything else, it's illegal. And the truth is illegal. And these teenagers, one of them kept a book that their parents had been writing to try to remember history, to pass it on. She gets tangled into this government corporate system that is ruling the world. And she is then put out as a hunter.

These people, somebody that will turn people in who have anything, you know, that they're not supposed to have.

And there's another teenager, a kid named sky, and he is escaping, but he's going to the savage holdouts.

It is a really great adventure, and it is a wormhole to history. If you, you want to teach your kids history, get chasing embers. It's available now@glennbeck.com. dot in fact, if you order, I think our, I think the website is up for it. If you order it not on Amazon, you're going to get it a little bit early.

So grab it now.

We didn't have to go to the store. We didn't have to go see a doctor in another country, God forbid.

And it was Jace medical that helped us. If you need your medicine and you don't want the hassle, just on vacation. All right, let's see. First, let me give you some shocking news. Really shocking news. Do. This is gonna.

I don't know how they do it, but the Biden Justice Department has just come out and announced that Hunter Biden laptop is real. It's real. True.

Stu Burguiere
What?

Glenn Beck
Yeah.

Stu Burguiere
Meaning that he just has a laptop.

Glenn Beck
Speaker one. No, no, no. The one that has all the porn and everything. They now can verify that it's real.

Wow.

Stu Burguiere
That's incredible.

I thought for sure it wasn't. I mean, there was only all of the evidence on earth to prove that it was real, and it. So I'm glad they got around to this.

Glenn Beck
They come out with something else as well. Just as shocking. And I don't. Please, please pull over on the side of the road, because this may come as a great shock. Not only is Hunter Biden's laptop real, I understand from the Justice Department now this is from inside sources.

President Reagan has been shot.

Unidentified Speaker
President?

Stu Burguiere
Oh, no.

Glenn Beck
Yes. And we don't know. He's on his way to the hospital.

We don't know if he's even been wounded or not. But they're taking him right to the hospital.

And I kind of assume if he's.

Stu Burguiere
Been shot, maybe there is a wound.

Glenn Beck
Well, maybe. We don't know. We don't know. He was just pushed into the car. We know James Brady has been shot, and it looks pretty bad. Looks pretty bad. Wow.

Stu Burguiere
That's terrible news.

Glenn Beck
We should read a law or something and name it after Brady. But let's not get ahead of ourselves. Let's see.

Stu Burguiere
Does this have anything to do with, you know, the gunman's love of a Hollywood actress of any sort?

Glenn Beck
Oh, my gosh. Look at. Look at this seat. This is the kind of malinformation that you get, okay? Stu hates Hollywood. Hates everything about Hollywood. And you find out that President Reagan, for the first time, 510 seconds into it, and you immediately blame it on Hollywood. You're sick, stu. You're really sick. Again, the breaking news from the Justice Department.

Hunter. Hunter Biden's laptop is real.

What would we do without this government? I mean, besides be free and prosperous? I mean, what would we do now? Let me get into some.

Let me get in. Well, let me start with some kind of weird science. You know, the. The big seven. I'd love somebody who is a, you know, kind of a. I don't know, an Internet mole to do an analysis on this and send it to me. But the big seven are these corporations that are really moving the stock market. Okay? It's seven companies.

My guess is these seven companies are all in the public private partnership thing. Okay? I don't know that. It's just a guess. I'd love to have some, you know, some analyst look at that and. And just, you know, provide some evidence of that, but that's my guess anyway. Microsoft. Oh, one of the big seven.

Microsoft came out with a new feature in their PC, and I want you to hear them describe it. Here it is.

Cut one.

Stu Burguiere
One of the dreams we've always had is, how do we introduce memory, right? Photographing memory into what you do on the PC. And now we have it. So it's called recall. It's not keyword search, right? It's semantic search over all your history. And it's not just about any document. We can recreate moments from the past, essentially.

Glenn Beck
Here's how it works.

Stu Burguiere
Windows constantly takes screenshots of what's on your screen, then uses a generative AI model right on the device along with the NPU, to process all that data and make it searchable, even photos. I got to try it out. I searched brown leather bag. It came up in visual search. There's no place on this page that it says brown leather bag. It just knows because it sees this brown leather bag. There could be this reaction from some.

Glenn Beck
People that this is pretty creepy.

Stu Burguiere
Microsoft is taking screenshots of everything I do. Yeah, I mean, that's why that it can only do it on the edge.

You have to put two things together. This is my computer. This is my recall and it's all being done locally. So that's the promise. So that's one of the reasons why recall works as a magical thing because I can trust it that it is on my computer.

Glenn Beck
Okay, good, I'm glad we can trust it. From the company of Bill Gates.

We can trust it. It's never going to do anything with that information.

Stu Burguiere
I have terrible news for them for what people do with their computers. This is going to be a real awakening for these poor people who think they're using spreadsheets all the time.

This is just, there's not good news.

Glenn Beck
You're saying that there's some things on your computer you wouldn't want people to know you?

Stu Burguiere
I mean, I want Microsoft to know it. Of course. I am definitely a huge fan of that. I don't know, it just seems to me that like maybe the obvious joke here being porn, but like what about like your financial information? Like every single, I would not, what could go wrong?

Glenn Beck
I go to my wife's computer and she's disreputable. This wouldn't happen to my wife, but she's, you know, she's, you know, disreputable. And I go on our computer and I'm thinking I want to find out what she wants, you know, for Christmas. And so I search brown bag.

Uh, I wonder what could possibly go wrong there. Uh.

Stu Burguiere
This is not, I know.

Glenn Beck
No, I'm just talking purses, Stu. That's all I'm talking about.

Stu Burguiere
Of course, obviously that's all you're talking about. It would not turn out well. I would say no.

Glenn Beck
It would not turn out well.

Stu Burguiere
No. This is just not a good, this is not a good idea, I think, for anyone. Why would anyone want this? This what?

Glenn Beck
Speaker one? I don't know. I know why Microsoft would want it. I know why the government would want it. Let me, let me go back again. This is cut 17 from the World Economic forums. Yuval Noah Harare, which, he is one of the big guys in the World Economic forum. He is the leader now of AI philosophy and futurist philosophically. I just want you to hear about what he says. This kind of technology can. Now this is two years ago, what this kind of technology can do.

Cut 17, a system that understands us.

Stu Burguiere
Better than we understand ourselves, can predict our feelings and decisions, can manipulate our feelings and decisions, and can ultimately make decisions for us. Soon, at least, some corporations and governments will be able to systematically hack all the people.

We humans should get used to the idea that we are no longer mysterious souls. We are now hackable animals.

Glenn Beck
So what does that mean?

Well, it means they can hack you and know what you're thinking before you even know you're thinking. They will be able to predict, because of all of the data they have on you and all of the real time data they have on you, they will be able to predict. Anybody seeing the movie minority report? Yeah, kind of like that.

Beyond that, what he's talking about is hacking you.

It will make decisions for you. Now, I don't want anyone making decisions for me. And that's the problem. Right now, the government seems to be making all of these decisions for us, telling us exactly how we have to live. But imagine propaganda that is so subtle, so good, and so tailored to you that you don't know its propaganda. So all of a sudden you're saying, you know, these 15 minutes cities, you know, honey, we don't ever have to fly again. We could sell our credits to rich people so they can fly.

That's what he's talking about.

There has to be a law passed in Washington that protects our data.

You need to own your own data.

Now, what else could possibly go wrong? Well, let me tell you now about the first head transplant. This is an insane medical breakthrough.

In fact, let's just play part of the video on it. Here it is.

Unidentified Speaker
Introducing Brainbridge, the world's first revolutionary concept for a head transplant machine, which uses state of the art robotics and artificial intelligence to conduct complete head and face transplantation procedures, ensuring smooth outcomes and faster recoveries.

Because head transplants require high speed precision and efficiency, brainbridge utilizes advanced high speed, high precision robotic to speed up the process, eliminate human error, prevent brain cell degradation, and ensure seamless compatibility. The head transplant procedure involves removing a person's entire head, containing the brain from their current diseased body, and attaching it to the body of a healthy young brain dead donor.

Head transplants could provide individuals with severe medical conditions, such as terminal cancer, paralysis, spinal cord injuries, or neurodegenerative diseases, the opportunity to have a fully functional body while preserving their consciousness, memories, and cognitive abilities.

The neurons are the longest lasting functional cells in the human body, and according to our estimates, the brain is capable of lasting several hundred years, provided that the rest of the body remains young.

Glenn Beck
Did you hear that?

As long as the body remains young, the head. The brain can last several hundred years.

All we'll need are bodies.

Now, these will be bodies of brain dead people. I'm sure we won't. I mean, you won't suddenly wake up with a, oh, I don't know, chinese gulag body. No, that'll never happen.

But as long as we have healthy bodies, we'll be able. No, no, no. Some of us will be able to live forever.

How exciting is that? Now, they said, you know, because brain. You know, brain body transplants are difficult. No, right now they're impossible.

You can't do that. They've. They've had one attempt recently in Russia, and I believe the guy went insane and died.

The same thing that happens with monkeys. They transplant the brains, or they transplant the heads of monkeys on other monkeys, and we can do it, but they all go insane.

But nothing to worry about there. Science. That doesn't sound. Does that sound spooky to you at all? Still? Not at all.

Stu Burguiere
That sounds like. Honestly, it honestly sounded like a promo for, like, a underground promotional campaign for a Sci-Fi film. Like, that's. It didn't even seem real.

Glenn Beck
Yeah. It also sounds like a recruiting film for, you know, organ harvesting and body harvesting, quite honestly. Here's cut two.

Unidentified Speaker
The Brainbridge concept involves the use of the integrated robotics platform comprised of the two autonomous surgical robots designed to perform simultaneous surgeries on two bodies side by side within a single setup. The complete robotization of the process allows for the surgery to be performed in an environment with varying temperature and pressure.

The procedure begins by preparing the donor and recipient bodies. The donor is a brain dead patient who has a functional body with vital organs in good condition, while the recipient is the patient whose head will be transplanted on to the new body.

General anesthesia is administered to both the recipient and the donor.

Both patients undergo tracheotomy with a tube inserted into the trachea to provide respiratory support and facilitate mechanical ventilation.

Our proprietary artificial plasma solution is administered to both the recipient and the donor. This solution is designed to keep the brain and body oxygenated, prevent clotting, and allow for safe operation at low temperatures.

The recipient's head and the donor body are cooled to approximately five degrees celsius to reduce potential brain damage. During the detachment, guided by advanced real time molecular level imaging systems, Brainbridge carefully separates the heads from the two bodies with the help of a specialized surgical technique that preserves the spinal cord and key blood vessels.

Deep incisions are carefully made around the neck to expose the necessary structures, including the carotid and vertebral arteries, jugular veins, and spine.

With the help of specialized AI algorithms, Brainbridge tracks both muscles and nerves during surgery to facilitate seamless reattachment.

Next, incisions are made in the trachea, esophagus, veins, and arteries.

The blood is then completely drained from the recipient's head. To prevent the recipient's head is then positioned adjacent to the donated body. Using a mobile platform, Brainbridge immediately connects the detached head to the circulatory system of the donor body, which helps maintain blood flow during the rest of the procedure.

It also rewarms the recipient's head and provides it with oxygenated blood.

With the help of its ultra precision surgical instruments, Brainbridge begins reconnecting the spinal cord, esophagus, trachea, nerves, blood vessels, and other tissues.

Glenn Beck
This is not science fiction, and it is great in some degree, but as I told you, this is eight years away. They say by 2030, you will not be able to keep up with the changes that are coming your way. Everything is about to change. First, let me stop and give you a commercial message from relief factor. You spend about one third of your life sleeping, and if you're wanting to keep your body really in shape so you can be a donor body, at some point, you need to have a good night's rest. Okay? They believe they know what consciousness is and life.

They. They believe we are just a series of, you know, things in our head that can be formatted. If you have a problem with your brain, you can also then just reformat the brain I have said this for how many years to 30 years?

We have to decide what life is. We have to decide, does the body have a soul or not?

We have to decide, is there a creator? You know, when I went in for surgery on my eyes, it bothered me so much because they were trying to lift my upper eyelids to get them to open an additional 5. Don't want to have plastic surgery. I mean, I'm ugly as hell, but I don't want, you know, surgery. And the thing I said to the doctor right before they put me under was, please don't change God's work. Just. Just try to fix it so I can see better.

And we are messing in the world, in the realm of God.

And we're doing it with people who think machines and AI are God and appeal to heaven.

Glenn Beck, please help us, Lord. Okay, let me talk to you a little bit about the international fellowship of Christians and Jews. On May 5, around 130 in the afternoon in Israel, there was a direct rocket hit on a soup kitchen that the international fellowship of Christians and Jews support. Thank God nobody was killed in this attack, but the building was, you know, damaged and destroyed. So, you know, what happened, even among the rubble and everything else, they reopened it for business the same day because the need for food, especially for those who can't afford to leave the war zone, is really great. This is the kind of caliber of people working for. And with the IFCJ, while praying for the best, they prepare for the worst. And they're asking for some help packing emergency bomb shelter kits that can be delivered immediately to those in desperate need. Your life saving donation today will help assemble and place these kits with enough food and life saving emergency supplies for up to 20 people that might huddle together in a bomb shelter.

You can help by donating right now. Go to support ifcj.org or call 888488 ifcj. That's 888488. I'm ifCj.

If you want to understand the world today, you need to look to history. And there is a. A great greek philosophy and puzzle that is being employed today. And if you want to give it the best of intentions, go ahead. I personally don't think that they're the best intentions on this, but if you want the best intentions, here's what this says. When there are two great powers, a rising power and a crumbling power, that is the point where the world goes to war. And we all know this. We feel like we are in the edge of world War three, do we not?

It's because everything in the world, the power dynamics are changing. And so what happens is you have somebody start to grab, and let's just say eventually China rises to such a power that they say, we've had enough of America, and we say, well, we've had enough of you, and we go to war. So the theory is when you have that rising power, and it's inevitable by human understanding, when it is inevitable, you try to destroy the war making capability and the culture and everything else of that fading power. So it doesn't have the will to fight. It doesn't have the reason to fight, and it can't fight. All right? So I believe that's what the motivation is behind people who have giant corporations and everything else. Why would they want to destroy America?

Because in the best case scenario, it avoids war and it preserves industry. Okay? It. Industry at least survives in the worst case scenario. There is a coordinated group of people that all think alike, that hate America and the west and want it destroyed. So you might have good intention, right? Side by side with those who have a bad intention. Then you have a third category. And that third category sees the future of the rising power not as China, but as AI.

And this is the science arm of this.

They believe that everyone can be controlled through AI, and AI will become God and make all the decisions for mankind, and they'll be in charge of it. They can write the algorithms, and somehow or another, they believe it will never hurt them, might hurt us, but it won't hurt them.

That's the most nefarious of the three.

Let me tell you about Boeing and see if this makes sense to you. This is just a theory, but Boeing didn't start selling aircraft to China until, I think, it was 2017. Okay. And why didn't they?

Why didn't they?

They didn't. Because when you do business with China, we all know that at worst, they hack into all of the systems and they copy absolutely everything. That's how they become such a rising power. If you do business with them, they demand access to your systems and access to the blueprints and everything else. That's the cost of doing business with China. Boeing didn't want to do that.

Okay?

So in 2017, they start doing business with China. Now, who are two of the biggest investors in Boeing?

It's Blackrock, and it is also Vanguard, the two that are pushing ESG and everything else.

Blackrock is also deeply invested in Airbus. They also. They and Vanguard kind of got in trouble because they were invested in military companies in China that were building military jets okay, so Blackrock owns 33 million shares of Boeing.

And we know. Do we happen to have the Blackrock president talking about how they control boards?

Well, behaviors are going to have to change. And this is one thing we're asking companies, you have to force behaviors. And at Blackrock, we are forcing behaviors.

Okay, so they're forcing behaviors on companies. They buy enough shares, they get onto the boards, and then they say, well, we're pulling our money unless you do XYZ.

My theory is that these gigantic funds have been hedging their bet on who is going to win in the end.

They also are. Blackrock is deep into the World Economic Forum, which cannot allow America to have an independent military, a civilian run military. It has to have a military that will go along with all the WEF things. Okay.

Also, China would like to destroy Boeing.

Boeing has always been the greatest aircraft carrier, the greatest aircraft company in the world. It was the standard.

So when they took over with Blackrock and Vanguard, when they made even bigger investments into Boeing, my theory is that they did what Larry Fink just said on stage. They do, they force these companies to do the ESG.

At that time, Boeing gets rid of all of the engineers that are in, you know, this is an engineering company. They get rid of the engineers that are up in the, you know, C suites, and they replace them with bean counters and also dei ESG people.

And the focus of the company becomes save money and dei that is destroying Boeing.

If you destroy Boeing, you destroy the true ability for us to be able to crank out, you know, our stratoliners or the. What were those called, Stu, that, you know, were the real workhorse in World War Two. Those were all Boeing planes.

And when you, you destroy the ability for us to make high quality planes, we no longer have the military that we need to be able to defend ourselves and fight a war.

I would love for somebody to, my researchers just don't have the time to research all this, but I would love a listener who knows Boeing, knows the ins and outs of Boeing and also Blackrock, Vanguard, and all the big investors in Boeing, and see the tie and the timing. I'm not saying this is a fact. I'm saying this is what I think might be going on with Boeing. There's a reason that all of our big companies are being destroyed, especially those that won't play along or serve a vital part of our society and our strength.

So if somebody wants to look into that, I would love to.

I'd love to see your work. And, you know, obviously, your credentials and stuff. But show me all your work if you can, if you can actually prove any of that. It's, you know, they're destroying absolutely everything and rebuilding everything at the same time. And they're not, you're not really focusing on what's being built. You're just focusing on what's being destroyed, and that's really dangerous.

I wrote a new story that is, I think, extraordinarily timely. It's been in my head for almost 20 years, and it's called chasing embers, and it's for young adults. And I tried really hard not to be one of those preachy books where you're like, oh, geez, they're just trying to teach history, but it is a disguise to teach and to get our kids to question history.

And let me just read you the back cover.

In a new world run by Topos, the United States of America only exists as a fading memory on the path to utopia. The pillars of culture, religion, art, history, science have been decimated. The past is dead, and topos killed it.

16 year old ember remembers the day her parents were taken by topo seven years ago. The only possession she has from them is a leather notebook containing their history of the world, contraband that could send her straight to sleep camp when Ember is served, is selected to serve on the task force from Topos to reduce underage extremism. She has one chance to start her new life, but it may cost her everything.

This is a society that is much like combination, I think, of minority report and every other dystopian, 1980, 1984, and it's all being done for the good of people, and no one knows what the truth is anymore. And these holdouts that are outside of these cities are being hunted, but they carry the secrets of history, and they're trying to reassemble all of it.

And they've been painted as complete extremists. It's a, it's actually an, an eight series novel, but we'll see how this one sells. If, if your kids like it or your grandkids like it, which I think if they read it, they will love it. I think if you read it, you'll love it. It's a great, great story.

It's called Chasing Embers, and you can get it now@glennbeck.com. or Amazon or wherever you buy your books, it comes out in next month. And it is a great summer read. And I've specifically designed it to give pieces of history that you, that they're never solved. You don't know exactly what that is. But, you know, it's important in the way that we're trying to make this kind of a jumping off point to where your kids will be reading things and go, wait, is that even true? What is that?

And they'll look it up and they'll start going into becoming a bookworm of history chasing embers, available everywhere, June 27, I think. Or you can get it now by going through Glenn Beck.com.

let me tell you about our sponsor of this half hour. It's real estate agentsitrust.com dot.

I'm really so frustrated. I can't tell you how many times I leave a store or something and I say to my wife, you know, it used to be you had to be really good at your job.

Now if you just show up and do the basics, you're a superstar.

But that's not the world I want to live in. And especially if I'm selling my house or buying a new one, I want somebody who isn't the old standard, who is just moving mountains. We've been looking for real estate agents. We put out a call, I don't know, ten years ago, and we now have 10,000 real estate agents waiting to be a part of our network. But we keep it at a lower number so we can monitor these people. They don't work for me. We recommend them because we have vetted them. We look for the best business practices and, and honestly, their scores and how they do business to make sure they're the kinds of people that we can trust. I can trust if I can trust them. I'd like to recommend somebody that I think you can trust. But I want you to do your own homework. This is a free service to you. We don't charge you to give you this information. It's realestateagentsitrust.com dot. Just tell us where you're moving or you're buying or both, and we'll find the right agent for you. I want you to interview them and make your own decision, but I think you'll see the difference. And they're, I think all of them are Glenn Beck fans. They listen to the program. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.

I don't know if you have your pride tree up yet, but I've got mine almost all decorated, and I'm flying the pride flag. I'm flying it upside down because it's trans people in distress. That's, that's what that represents when you fly it upside down. But target, I don't know if you heard this, but target kind of learned its lesson last year, and they are limiting their pride collection.

I'll believe it when I see it, but they, they're limiting it, at least in places like Texas, that, that really didn't like it all that much. But Walmart, Walmart. They're like, we are proud of our pride. And listen, cut to queer people have.

Stu Burguiere
Magic that we can share.

Glenn Beck
We're lucky enough to be in the Walmart pride collection this year. Total dream come true. It's not every day that I see my products in a Walmart.

Unidentified Speaker
It's important to me to share.

Glenn Beck
No one can make the art that you make. No one can say the things the way you say them. There's a lot of opportunity to uplift with a bit of playfulness and imperfection. The world needs to hear what you have to say and your story.

Stu Burguiere
Yeah, I hear from a lot of people.

Glenn Beck
Yeah. I mean, the world's really heard. I don't know if they know this. The world's heard.

Stu Burguiere
Well, Glenn, we need to have a discussion on these issues. We need to have a national conversation about this because no one will talk about it.

Glenn Beck
No one will talk about it.

Stu Burguiere
No one will.

No. You can't even say gay in the state of Florida.

Glenn Beck
Did you know that in the, in this year, the year of 1951, it is time for us to have a conversation, okay? Because no one will talk about it. What's going to happen next year in 1952? Is anything going to change? No.

No.

We need to have, and we need to have a flag flown on every state capital, every business, everybody. It's someday, gang. It will happen someday.

This bigoted country will, you know, just say, it's no big deal that you sleep with the same sex. Get over it.

Glenn Beck
I'm guessing like me, you find all these anti american, anti Israel college protests pretty disgusting and a little terrifying, quite honestly. Not only for the country, but for civilization.

But you know who's helping George Soros fund these college occupations?

You.

Every time you use your credit card, your woke credit card company uses your money to support left wing groups. It's not the best thing to hear, but it's true. The good news is there's a parallel economy and a new credit card. It's called the coin card. It's coign and it's America's only conservative credit card gives you the freedom to support the causes that you want. Welcome to the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

Glenn Beck
Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. Well, it looks like the people of Oregon have spoken.

The 13th conservative Oregon county now has voted to secede and join what's called greater Idaho. We'll give you the information on that. We're also going to talk about politics, the numbers, the latest coming for the Trump campaign and the Biden campaign.

Also, the catholic group, the Knights of Columbus suing the Biden administration. They've been doing something for years at the national cemetery. And now the Biden administration says we got to protect these graves from anybody praying over them. Oh, my gosh.

Also, somebody was on Megyn Kelly yesterday and you never really want to get into a debate with Megyn Kelly. It was Bill Maher. We have the results coming up in just a second. Stand by.

First, let me tell you about Patriot mobile. Patriot Mobile is a great phone company. They provide my service for my family.

And I say my family because I don't have a phone. I bought one just so I could be a Patriot mobile subscriber. And that was honestly after about six months of doing the commercials for Patriot mobile because I really got to know the people there and I really got to see what they do. They are standing in our communities. And the bigger they get, they will stand in all of our communities. They are helping. For instance, I told you a story yesterday about what's happening with a school board in North Carolina.

They are training people to stand up to that school board. They also provide great service, the same service you're going to get from one of the big three because they're on the same cell towers as everybody else.

America's only christian conservative mobile phone company. Why haven't you switched yet? My Patriot I'm sorry, patriotmobile.com beck that's patriotmobile.com beck or call 972. Patriot. You're going to get a free month of service when you use the offer code. Beck so join today.

Make the switch. Patriotmobile.com Beck 972 Patreon so let's start with Bill Maher on Megyn Kelly yesterday.

She was talking to Bill Bill Maher about election deniers. And here's what happened.

Glenn Beck
I'm talking about the difference between this and something fundamental, which is our democracy, the fact that you have to respect who wins an election or else you don't have the kind of country we've always had before. How about, I mean, I feel like we keep going around the rosemary Bush about this and we're not going to make any progress, so let's stop talking about it. But, you know, I just, I mean.

Unidentified Speaker
You keep saying sort of I'm nuts because I don't see the difference between the elephant and the mouse. And I'm telling you, I identify them differently than you do. Hillary Clinton, of course, is the original election denier. I'm sure you voted for her in 16.

Glenn Beck
Well, she's not an election denier.

Unidentified Speaker
She absolutely was the OG election denier.

Glenn Beck
She, first of all, she came out before the sun had risen to concede the election to Trump and then spent.

Unidentified Speaker
The next four years saying he was illegitimate. He was an illegitimate president.

Glenn Beck
She. Okay, well, first of all, saying. She didn't say he was an illegitimate.

Glenn Beck
She did.

Glenn Beck
You tell me exactly what she said.

Unidentified Speaker
She said those exact words repeatedly.

Glenn Beck
Okay.

Glenn Beck
Oops.

Yeah. See, you know, the one thing I wish Megan would have had were all these clips, because I think Bill Maher is one of these guys that has not listened to anything other than the mainstream media for years. And so he's, he, if you do that, you don't really understand what's happened in our country. You, I don't even know how you make sense of things if you've been listening just to the mainstream media. And so these people hear things and they hear it from our point of view. And if you have the clips, it is so easy to make the point. You can go, no, wait a minute. Wait a minute. I understand what you're saying about Trump. I got it. I got it. And yes, he said all of those things.

Let me play this for you and tell me the difference. And they do what Bill Marges did.

Okay.

Now, Biden crimes. Listen to this conversation with Bill Maher and Megyn Kelly.

Glenn Beck
You only get two choices.

Glenn Beck
That's right.

Glenn Beck
You get Donald Trump a criminal election denier who is going to transform this country into an authoritarian place like we've never seen before. Or you get Joe Biden, with all his flaws, also a criminal.

Okay, what is his crime?

Unidentified Speaker
Again, special counsel Robert Hurst said he'd committed felonies, but he wouldn't indict him because he was a well meaning elderly man. With a poor memory, he couldn't get a conviction in front of a jury.

Glenn Beck
And what was that crime?

Unidentified Speaker
That was the classified documents all over his basement, his garage, everywhere.

Glenn Beck
Well, okay, here's the difference.

Immediately, Biden, he shouldn't have had them immediately. He said, oh, sorry, my bad, and gave them back.

Unidentified Speaker
That's why he didn't get charged with obstruction. But Trump has two classified documents pieces to his case. One is you had them, and the second is you obstructed justice when we demanded them back. So, okay, against Biden, you don't get charged with obstruction. But number one, where's the, where's the classified documents charged against him? He's also a felon.

Glenn Beck
You got your story. You know, look, why can't the difference.

Unidentified Speaker
Be, one actually had the ability to declassify documents and keep them because he'd been the president and one didn't because he should have been looking at documents only in a skiff while a sitting us senator. And clearly he stole classified documents that he wasn't entitled to and never had the ability to declassify them.

Glenn Beck
Yeah, maybe you know more about that than I do. I don't remember that part of it.

Glenn Beck
See what I mean?

Stu Burguiere
I mean, you don't want to mess with Megan on this stuff, man.

Glenn Beck
No, you don't.

Stu Burguiere
You don't want to do that. You don't.

Glenn Beck
But we should all be able to.

I couldn't have made that argument that fast, you know, but she's obviously really well prepared. And if I'm going into a debate with Bill Maher, I would be prepared for all of that. But we have to, we have to have the basic facts down because what happens, the reason why we are just being destroyed is because the media is dumbing all of us down. The media is teaching us to name call election denier, a nazi, a fascist.

That doesn't go anywhere. It doesn't, it doesn't. When he said, you know, he's doing fascistic things, he's going to make this into a country like you haven't seen.

Could we just talk about some of the things that have been passed by executive order and the number of executive orders that have been passed.

Executive orders and what do you call them, decisions from the cabinet.

When agencies make new rules, that's not the way our system works. When they say we're going to get rid of all gas stoves, that's not a republic, that's not a democracy. That's an out of control government. That is, that is making dictates.

We just need to get better at it, because we have clearly the winning side on this. But while I'm at, you know, a dictatorship or a republic or, as they say, a democracy, we're not a democracy. Democracy plays a role in the republican, and that is one vote. One man, one man, one vote. You have a right to express and vote, and then the republic part comes in where you have elected somebody to represent you, your values, and your ideas in Washington or in the state government. But when the people are speaking loudly, saying, this is what we want, you have to question your republic, when the only reason they don't do it is political reasons. So let me tell you about what's happening in Idaho and Oregon, another right leaning county. Now, these counties in eastern Oregon, if you've ever driven through Oregon, it's a beautiful state, but the coastline is crazy. Okay? It is all far, far, far left people, always has been. That's fine.

However, they also are people that don't necessarily relate to or like farmers.

Now, if you look at me, you recognize, I like to eat.

I think there should be a few people out there that like to eat. And our farmers are being destroyed by regulations that are coming from the state house because the population of the farmers is nowhere close to the people who are, you know, wearing Birkenstocks and hugging trees.

So to save the farms, to be able to be represented at all, they want to secede. And I know that's a, you know, a bad word to secede, but it is constitutional. There is a way for it to happen. The first thing that has to happen is the counties in the state all have to vote to secede. Okay? Now what they're saying is they want a greater Idaho. Idaho, especially southern and mid, is. Is all farmers.

Idaho is in trouble because all of the crazies have moved up from California, and they're occupying Boise and some of the ski resort areas up in northern Idaho. And that leaves probably at least half the state of farmers going, what the hell is. What are you doing?

And so the farmers are losing representation, as they did in Oregon. So all of these counties have had enough of being ruled by people. In Portland, they don't have anything in relation. So now 13 counties, there's only one, two, three counties, I think maybe four counties left to vote to secede and become greater Idaho.

That's the democracy now.

Republics are meant to slow things down and to argue and to make sure the people, the will of the people, reflects with sanity. Okay? It's not just some knee jerk. We're at war they hit me in the face. We got to go to war. The republic part slows that down, but it should reflect the will of the people when, if the people are sane, there's a unbelievable case to be made for greater Idaho.

What has to happen now is there's really one more county that really needs to vote. The rest of them are on the edge, but one is kind of up at the top of the middle. Do we have the map that we can show if you're watching blaze tv of greater Idaho?

It makes Oregon just a sliver.

It's all the coastline. Quite honestly, it's the most beautiful part of oregon.

And that makes that oregon and it makes it super liberal. It makes Idaho the same.

A bunch of farmers that are conservatives.

What has to happen now is the state of Idaho. The representatives need to vote. Is this in Idaho's best interest?

And then the Oregon legislature has to vote. Is this in Oregon's best interest now?

It is in Oregon's best interest if their interest is eating because all of their laws are making it extraordinarily difficult to be a farmer in Idaho.

And the people in the legislature do not understand farmers because of the population base.

So it's in the interest of the people and the people have spoken. It would not make Idaho and flip it from, you know, blue to red. And it's not going to flip Oregon at all. You might lose a representative in Oregon, but you won't lose very many because there's not a lot of people that are living in the farmlands.

Idaho is just not going to change. It might throw in the state some balance from the progressives, which are very small in Idaho, but growing into, you know, a more stable state that it has always been.

What's the problem with this except politics?

And that's where a republic no longer becomes a real republic.

That's why they keep calling it democracy. One man, one vote. Well, they just voted and they want to secede. Why then are you going to use the apparatus of the Republic to stop it? Because the two state legislatures have to vote first. Then it goes to Congress. And if anybody thinks that Congress, it doesn't become a 51st state, it just makes Idaho bigger.

And it's, it's, you know, West Virginia used to be Virginia and they seceded.

It is constitutional and can happen and should be a reflection of the people.

But does anybody think it's actually going to happen?

Stu Burguiere
No. Can I say no? Is that too defeatist? It does seem like there's some good elements to this, but, I mean, the stuff that you're describing that would have to happen.

It's not going to happen, is it? Is this one, I don't think that we get excited and interested in, but in reality, I mean, the idea that Congress is going vote for something like this, come on.

Glenn Beck
I know. And I feel the same way. I mean, you know, you and I both know Roe versus Wade will never be overturned in our lifetime.

Stu Burguiere
And I definitely said that about 100 times on the air. So maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I'm wrong.

Glenn Beck
I know. I know. It just moves Idaho's border 200 miles west, and I just don't see a reason why not to do it. I mean, if this were, why would.

Stu Burguiere
Oregon want to do it?

Glenn Beck
Let's, let's just say. What, what do you mean? Why would oregon want to do it?

Stu Burguiere
Why would oregon want to give up 200 miles of their, I mean, 200 miles border decrease for their, the only.

Glenn Beck
Reason to do it is they just want, they want to protect the land from these evil farmers because what, I mean, what, they don't want to destroy the land. They're making it impossible for farmers. They're making it possible for timber. They're making it impossible. They want to preserve all, but they want control. Right.

Stu Burguiere
Like every big government wants control. Right? So why would Oregon want to give up hundreds of miles square miles of their territory? What would be the motivation for them to do this? It's like, it's not like it's costing them a ton, right? Like this is a productive area of the state farm wise. It's going to, I mean, are you going to? They're just, they just don't like the land. They don't like the people. And I mean, they, I guess they.

Glenn Beck
Be like people as much as republicans like their voters.

Stu Burguiere
So they just, just the, you know, they hate them. It's like if you have, like, you know, a four acre backyard, sometimes you just want a two acre backyard instead. That's basically the argument for Oregon. I don't understand why they would do that.

Glenn Beck
I guess I'd love to have somebody who is a part of this that could make the case on why Oregon would want to do this. But quite honestly, I go back to democracy. I know, a republic. We are a republic, and I do not want a democracy. But when the people are saying to the, the state, we don't want to be a part of you anymore, we have nothing in common with you. In fact, you're constantly in favor, fit, inflicting pain on us.

Why wouldn't reasonable people look at that and say for them, it makes more sense, other than politics and greed.

All right, let me stop for a minute. Let me tell you about Mantis X.

Practice makes perfect. We all know that. But it's hard when you're, when you're learning to fire a gun, when you're trying to keep that skill up.

I have a hard time getting to the range down here. I'm, I'm at the range every, every day of the summer when I'm up at the ranch, but I have a hard time getting to the range. And I hate now going to the range, even at my ranch, because I feel like, you know how much that Custis cost?

That bullet just cost a lot of money, and I can't maybe replace it someday. And so it's awful.

Mantis X really helps you. It's a high tech, easy to use system used by the military, started with the marines, and it helps you improve your shooting quickly. You just attach a little device to your firearm, your firearm. You connect it to an app on your smartphone or your tablet via Bluetooth. Then whether you're firing actual rounds or just dry fire practicing in your house, it will give you instant feedback on what you're doing right and what you're doing wrong. I have had firearm instructors, and I've had some of the best, you know, snipers and military guys work with me, and I've learned faster with Mantis x than with those guys, and I've learned a lot from those guys. Just a few minutes and you will improve. 94% of shooters improve within 20 minutes. Get yours now@mantisx.com. mantisx.com 10 seconds. Station id so the knights of Columbus are now suing the administration for denying a permit for a memorial Day mass that they have done forever.

But I'm sure, you know, Stu is like, well, why should they be able to do a mass?

Stu Burguiere
I mean, that's, that's who I am. Denying people's masses.

Glenn Beck
That's right. That's right. That's exactly right.

We pray for the knights of Columbus, and we appeal to heaven, as I saw on a flag in a beach by, I think it was by a supreme court justice's house.

We appeal to heaven for that. That right will be done. And we know in the end, right, and God win. But right now, now we're in a fight.

Glenn Beck
Stand up, Glenn Beck.

Glenn Beck
Man, if you were listening to the program the other day, you heard me interview a doctor who used to perform abortions before discovering what he was doing was murder. And it was shocking how he, as a medical professional just described killing this baby that had been born or trying to kill this baby. It was amazing because it was attempted murder.

But the law doesn't look at it that way. He changed that day. This has got to end. And you can help by donating to preborn. They're the largest pro life organization in the country. They sponsor free ultrasounds for women as well as providing help for up to two years after the baby is born.

Glenn Beck
Thank you, Stu.

Let's talk a little bit about what's happening with the election. I've got a couple of things I'd like you to like to hear your viewpoint on it. There's new polls showing now that Joe Biden is behind in five swing states.

Stu Burguiere
Yeah, a couple of different polls today with swing state stuff. That's pretty interesting. Let me give you a quick rundown here. Arizona, 45 44, Trump up by one in this poll.

Georgia, 40, close, 47 44, Trump up by three.

Michigan, 4745. Trump up by two in Nevada, which has been really, really positive for Donald Trump's polling.

I mean, out of line even with many of the other states, but 49 to 40, a nine point lead. He had a twelve point lead in a recent poll.

Glenn Beck
Isn't Arizona up by five as well?

Stu Burguiere
I just gave you Arizona. It was Trump by one in this particular poll.

Glenn Beck
Okay, I'm looking at a different poll.

Stu Burguiere
Yeah, there's two of them about today. North Carolina has Trump up by seven. Pennsylvania Trump up by three. Wisconsin has them. Even if you use all of those results and you give Wisconsin to Biden, that was, even in this particular poll, you get 302 electoral votes for Donald Trump, 236 for Joe Biden. So that's enough, obviously, clearing the 270 barrier. We also have a morning consult, Bloomberg News poll out today that has Trump up by two in Pennsylvania, up by one in Wisconsin by seven in North Carolina up by five in Georgia, five at Arizona. A tie in Nevada in that particular poll.

Glenn Beck
And then that's weird.

Stu Burguiere
Michigan has Biden up by one.

If you were to go through that and you give Biden Nevada, even though it's a tie, you'd still have 291 for Trump and 247 for Biden, again, enough for Trump to clear that barrier. As you point out, a lot of really close states mixed into that, though.

Glenn Beck
Glenn, you're, you're not, if you're under three points, if you're within the margin of error, give it to Biden because I just think there's going to be.

Well, have you ever watched the Walking Dead? Let's move on.

Republicans also hold a five point lead to keep the House majority.

This is according to a Rasmussen poll, 47% of Americans would vote Republican, 42 Democrat. Ten remain undecided. I'll bet you the ten that remain undecided. I'll bet you a few of them are people that just don't want to say that. Okay. I voted for Joe Biden and I don't want anybody to know that I'd never, ever, ever do that again.

But I don't know.

There's also something that I think is really encouraging. Rick Scott has thrown his hat into the ring to become the Senate Republican leader after Mitch McConnell finally goes off into his shell, his turtle shell, but he announced yesterday he wants the job. Now I'm going to tell you who he's going up against in just a second, but they're going to be, it's, to me, it's awfully close. This is what he said yesterday. Listen to this. Rarely do we work in concert with Republicans in the House and the Senate. Far too often passes legislation that is supported by 100% of the Democrats and a quarter of our republican conference. I believe we need a dramatic sea change.

We too often take votes that divide us and unite Democrats. Republicans all across America want Republicans. They elected to the US Senate to stop caving in to democratic demands. Senate republican leadership should reflect the views and aspirations of republican voters. It's no secret that the republican voters believe we don't fight hard enough for the issues they care about. This is not a time to make small adjustments. I believe we need the dramatic sea change to save our country.

That is, I mean, that's music to my ears. And coming from him, I believe it.

I think he would be amazing. Now he's running against John Cornyn of Texas, who is also so very super conservative and loves the Constitution.

Oh, and John Thune of South Dakota, who would just be perfect.

Or the guy who says it's time to stop playing the same game and not take any more small steps. We need dramatic sea change. I don't know. Which one do you think? Stuff.

Stu Burguiere
I don't know. It's a real close call, I will tell you. People don't know John Cornyn because he makes, you know, he's of, absolutely. He's just not notable at all. He's just like this invisible guy who's had this job in Texas for a long time. Nobody knows really anything about him because he doesn't, he's not, he doesn't distinguish himself from the pack at all. He votes just basically, however Mitch McConnell tells him to vote. I will say if the election were between Mitch McConnell and John Cornyn, I would take Mitch McConnell 100 times in a row.

Glenn Beck
Me, too.

Stu Burguiere
That is how bad John Corn Cornyn is. He should not even be a senator, let alone any leadership.

Glenn Beck
Yeah, I don't know. I'm hoping that at some point our good, our good congressman friend Chip Roy runs for his seat because it is way past time. John Corden, I mean, he's, I don't even understand how he is from Texas, quite honestly.

Stu Burguiere
If John Cornyn were the senator from Rhode island that somehow got in there as a Republican Republican, you'd maybe put a, put up with it. I mean, it's nonsensical that a person from Texas, a senator from Texas, would be like Cornyn. And the fact that they want to elevate him to even higher levels of behind the scenes implements, which he does have a lot of, by the way, he does distinguish himself behind the scenes. He does have a lot of power in the Senate, though. He's, you know, straight. You know, he works with Mitch McConnell.

Glenn Beck
You know, and Nancy Pelosi and all the rest.

Stu Burguiere
Well, yeah, I mean, he works across the aisle. Of course, Glenn, it's very important to work across the aisle. Look, Rick Scott would be much, much better. Much, much better. It would be a vast improvement.

Glenn Beck
He's got my endorsement.

Well, there's a, there's a new little caveat to the debate with Donald Trump.

Apparently, Joe Biden now has said that we have to sit. We can't stand. It's 2 hours. We can't stand. We have to sit at a table. Table.

Donald Trump's like, no, let's stand.

You know, let's not sit at a table. Let's walk out, greet each other like we always do, and then stand and answer the questions.

So we have, we have that little caveat, too, though. They have to sit.

And one other thing, I don't think it's a big deal. Biden is insisting that he has access to Stephen Hawking's AI voice program to answer some of the questions. So, you know, just to help him because he's a sweet old man, you know, why not give him, give him that little option?

What else haven't we covered yet today, stu? Oh, Nikki Haley says she's now going to vote for Trump. Not a surprise, and that's good. And Joe Biden, currently not slated to be on the Ohio ballot in November. They'll figure some way out, but this is a technicality. And, you know, Democrats should have checked all 50 states. I know it's 50 states you'd have to check, but somebody probably should have done it or put a team on it to check when is the last day you can qualify for the ballot. Unfortunately, you have to be qualified and be the official nominated person 90 days ahead of the election. But the Democratic Party didn't check a little bit of an oversight, and they're, they're going to be nominating him August 22. That's 75 days before the election.

Stu Burguiere
Yeah, they can, theoretically, and they have requested a waiver for this. This happened, I think, also in Washington, where they had the same issue. And Washington, of course, just granted them the waiver. You know, Republicans in Ohio, not, not quite as likely to do so. In fact, they've told them basically, no, we're not going to give you that waiver.

Glenn Beck
So House of Representatives has refused to act. Democratic Party is not offering any legally acceptable remedy at this point.

Stu Burguiere
Yeah. I mean, now, of course, they could just, you know, bend their own DNC rules and name the nominee before the convention.

Glenn Beck
And, I mean, why not, why not make the convention into a complete farce?

Stu Burguiere
It already is. It's been a farce forever. So I, why not extend it? I suppose because it's not really about, we all know Joe Biden is going to be the nominee unless you happen to be Glenn Beck and bet $3,000 on another option. But I think it could happen. No, it could. I mean, so it's the. But theoretically, this. That would be a long shot.

Glenn Beck
And I don't remember the three. I remember that as a $1,000 bet. And I have.

Stu Burguiere
We also have tape. I've been recording these episodes, Glen, of yours. And not only I've got $3,000 from you and another hundred dollars from Jason Buttrell.

Keeping it right here. I've got a list of all the people.

Glenn Beck
What are you gonna do with all that money?

Stu Burguiere
You're gonna be tire undead.

Glenn Beck
I might insist on it.

Stu Burguiere
You may make it happen.

Glenn Beck
