I was down in Miami this weekend. My family, folks, you want to stay young, and I'm not talking about the narcissistic like, how do I look? Young thing. We all know that it's, you know, everybody wants to look young. I mean, narcissism gets a bad name.

No one wants to look old, right? But you do your working out and all that stuff. But the way to stay emotionally, mentally, I think spiritually young is you got to spend time with family. You just do it. My brother was down.

You're crazy. There's real penalties to letting people get reappoint people in the deep state when these, when these bureaucrats are appointed, it takes years to get rid of them. Look at the FBI directors. Christopher Wray. It's.

These people are in office. That's a ten year term. Okay? There's, we're stuck with a lot of these people till someone with the balls comes in and fires them. Okay?

Losing elections is never a good thing. It's just not. However, you're not wrong when you send me messages and say, dan, this. Just vote harder is not working. We've been voting for conservatives forever.

We had the tea party revolution, and what have we conserved? The answer is jack shit. We've conserved nothing. We haven't. The wins we've had are minor at best, and they've all been overturned.

The BCA, which was the sequester bill to control government spending after the tea party revolution, where we're now 34 trillion in debt. Good job that did, did absolutely nothing. Running up debt like we never have before. Have we made any progress on health care at all? Health care now is almost completely run by the government.

School choice, we've had some wins statewide. Again, like I said, we haven't lost everything. School choice gotten a little better. Constitutional carry in the second remains definitely gotten better. Those are just facts.

Constitutional carry was in, what, three, four states years ago. Now it's up to 20 plus around there. So we definitely had some victories. The social culture front, we've gotten absolutely smoked to the point now where lefties are telling our kids, boys can be girls, girls can be boys, and kids are expected to understand and process this and go, yeah, the reason this is happening, listen, please. This is really important.

The reason this is happening is the left has understood the power of bottom up organizing the left votes. They know voting does matter because it has to protect the bottom. The top protects the bottom, and we shouldn't ignore that either. But the left doesn't rely on voting. Have you noticed that despite the fact we've had Reagan, Bush won, Bush, Bush second term, Donald Trump, that we've changed very little, yet the left, despite the fact that they've had Clinton, Clinton, Obama, Obama, and one term of Jimmy Carter, has managed to move the society to a $34 trillion debt, government control of health care and boys can be girls.

We've done nothing to move the freedom train back to the station. We've only slowed it down as it leaves the station. That's it. And the reason is they understand bottom up organizing. Now, what does that have to do with the beginning of the show?

And why are we talking about this now? These kill the Jews protests you're seeing on campus, folks, although I have no doubt the money behind it, and there is substantial amounts of money, are all about kill the Jews. That, trust me, the people with the money who are doing this want the Jews dead and gone, and they want Israel wiped off. A good swath of the people. And the kids on these college campuses have no idea what they're even protesting.

They're just showing up because people with money understand that if they can get locals at a local level to be involved in something, even if it's a kill the Jews rally, that they can use that something later when they need people to vote, they need people to advocate for their cause. They, in other words, they understand the importance of getting people in the club. And it doesn't matter what the club stands for. The club can be the jets, the sharks for the left. It could be to kill the Jews club.

They don't care. As long as you're in the club. They can use the club later. Unions, they use. What do they use unions for?

I love people work. My brother's in the unions. Nothing wrong with workers in the unions. But they use unions for what? For money?

For organizing? For street muscle. They need the club to be as big as possible. Conservatives, we never really got this. It's why the tea party freaked them out so much.

The tea party freaked them out because it was one of the first times we understood the power of local organizing. You have to build these structures and these clubs. Just think of them like groups of people who get together for, for x reason and you fill in the blank what x is did. The left has changed. One.

Think about all the reasons they've organized Occupy Wall street. They're like, we don't like rich people. Environmental rallies. We don't like oil tax the rich rally. We don't like rich people.

They're like, Israel, kill the Jews rally. They don't care. We have to figure this out. That is why Donald Trump is such a threat to them. He is the first candidate in a long time who has people organizing on the ground, in rallies and in clubs.

We have a club down in Palm beach, club 47, 2000 people show up for these meetings they have once a month. This is why Trump freaks him out, folks. Somebody is going to inherit, inherit that parallel society. Inherit whether Don Junior, Eric, some other republican candidate, and they're going to have a base a parallel society to take over right away when liberalism collapses.

These rallies, folks, the left has now got what they've asked for. They wanted this bottom up organized. The problem with their reasoning is this kill the Jews stuff is so sick. I want you to watch some of this here. Are these what's happening right now?

Here's the problem with their bottom up. Their bottom up is now chosen to reason x to join the club that killed the Jews, which is so sick that sooner or later people were going to start to see it for what it is. So the difference between us and them and the bottom up organizing where I want you to have a smile on your face is they've chosen a club now which isn't like protect the environment, things people can get on. Also, here's the thing about bottom up organizing, where you have to create parallel groups, clubs, societies ready to take over right away.

You've seen it all over the world. You see it in, whether you see it in India, you see it all over the world where these parallel societies developed. And the minute the communist part collapsed, boom, there was someone ready there to take over. I've talked about this parallel economy and parallel society now for shit, man, eight years. He has 42% to Biden's 33%. And Robert F. Kennedy Junior gets 16% of the vote. You see how the. It's not about the voting.

The voting portion and the polling portions assume they're interrelated, even if polls are usually somewhat semi in the space of right, like, they're not ever spot on. But polls are a general public sentiment, like take their pulse thing. Why is Joe Biden the most unpopular president in us history? Modern us history, at least we haven't seen anything like it in 100 years. Why?

I mean, seriously folks, is the country's a mess, but is it like burning down today right in front of your face, where people are starving in the streets? Not the Great Depression, but it's bad. I'm not defending Joe Biden. The reason is the man's a piss poor leader. He's a liar.

Everything he does doesn't in fact work. And people understand that the world would be a better place if he wasn't there, even if it's not the worst place ever. Now, we've had higher unemployment, we've had worse inflation under Carter. Why is this guy so uniquely unpopular? The answer is, everything he does sucks.

And this bottom up movement of organization by the left, unlike our movement, we believe liberty and freedom and things people can get behind. The bottom up movement by the left has gone into the sewer. It's all about now. Kill the Jews, wipe out Israel. It's all about a bunch of crazy shit no one can get behind.

Those people be out of a job tomorrow. They're there because they want them there. And folks, nothing they're doing right now is working. Nothing. Those poll numbers are bad.

And I want you to just feel a little bit comfortable that we're starting to turn the tide. This is no time to machete off the top of the champagne bottle. It's time to double down. But there is some amazing work by reporters out there like Julie Kelly, to expose that. The only thing they have left are these persecutions against Donald Trump.

And even those are collapsing, folks. They are falling apart. I want you to watch this, because the Biden White House, their entire narrative right now is, oh, my gosh, listen, Joe Biden is the Scranton kid, this working class guy. He's not a communist. Persecuting Donald Trump with his dojo had nothing to do with we, these cases, really.

This shows you the power of personnel being policy, folks, the people appointed within the government. This is why, although I told you, vote harder is not going to fix it. But voting is a piece of it, folks. When you vote for far left Democrats, they install people in the deep state that are really hard to get rid of, people you would never think could hurt you at some three letter agency, the ABC or whatever, and they wind up causing the country so much drama. This is the national archivist appointed by a Democrat, David Ferrara.

We're still trying to figure out what we don't have in that it points out to me the weakness of the Presidential Records act, which gives me the authority to provide guidance to the White House, but it doesn't give me any authority over activities in the White House, as I do have in the federal Records act. The reason Trump's going to be in court in Florida is precisely because the National Archives, according to unsealed documents, America first legal, with an explosive case here, reveal how intimately the Biden White House work with the National Archives to trigger this investigation. Look at this right here. They got the document attached.

Right here. They got all this stuff. These are actual memos. Read that second paragraph. Apparently the Biden administration, they contacted the FBI and DOJ because they believed an incoming president had the right to seek access to presidential records otherwise restricted from public access if they contain information related to the conduct of the current business.

Let me translate that for you. Biden needed a reason to go say, hey, I want these letters from Trump's residents and go storm his residence to get the Spygate documents. So he said, hey, we need these for our current work. He's making all that up. He did it just to make sure that they would go and serve a search warrant down there.

That's the only reason this case has been coordinated the entire time. And I want to remind you of something, because I get this question a lot. Dan, is there a legal basis for this? For Biden's case, the answer is no. There is a legal basis, however, for Trump's defense on these classified documents.

And the basis is this. If Trump says they're not classified, they're not classified. Oh, Dan, you need to back that up. Okay, I will. Again, this just a news article.

Quote, under the statutory scheme established by the Presidential Records act, the decision to segregate personal materials from presidential records is made by the president during the president's term and in his sole discretion. Amy Berman Jackson wrote in March of 2012. A decision, by the way, which was never appealed. There is no legal basis for this case at all. Joe Biden knew it.

And Joe Biden reached out to this David Ferrero guy at the National Archives, obviously swampy's. And they started a bullshit case against Donald Trump, folks. These people are so grotesquely incompetent, there is nothing they can do right. Whenever government is involved in anything, there is always going to be some toilet bowl shit storm at the end. The government can't do anything right.

The only reason liberals support it, bottom up, is they realize they'll be useful idiots for them in destroying. Just see the story in the Wall Street Journal. New York tries to prune its illegal marijuana crop. So New York wanted to make marijuana selling legal. They couldn't even do this. They could.

How do you not sell drugs right? New York botched its rollout of cannabis by throttling legal applicants. Why cot while coddling criminals? Wait. Leave the donut.

In other words, people who had a marijuana conviction or a relative with one. So they couldn't even figure out how to sell drugs. Right. So what happened, by the way, I'll finish the story as a. What happened was a whole bunch of people were like, well, I'm not gonna wait for a license.

I'm just going to sell drugs illegally if I've got to wait to get a license from these idiots. And they did. Which put the legal ones who were the DEI applicants who got it first out of business because the illegal ones just sold it cheaper cause they didn't have to pay for any licensing. The government can't do anything right. They can't even freaking sell weed right?

People think about this, right? People who are really dumb and stupid have figured out how to make a lot of money selling weed, not the freaking government. The government can't even figure out how to make money off a product. People been smoking and token since like 1742. Whatever.

Everybody's been. These people smoke weed forever. Even the hippies smoke weed. These de canoes can't even figure out how to freaking sell weed, right? This is what you Dei, baby.

Not only is Dei destroying the Biden White House, Dei is destroying the weed industry. It will destroy everything in some right. Get this, dude. Come on. Tell me this story's not funny.
