I'm trying, but what the hell happened on January 6, folks, if this was an op, this may go down as the biggest scandal in modern american history.

Let me just throw some open questions at you about January 6. Open meaning it's kind of bizarre because the left is telling us it's one of the worst incidents since the civil war in Pearl harbor. And you've got about, what, 700 people or something. In jail, in prison, some of them grandmothers, for walking through an open door at the Capitol. And yet we still can't figure out where the secret Service texts are from that day. They seem to have disappeared about the pipe bomb incident on January 6. Strange.

Disappeared. The secret service says. Yeah, yeah. There was a device transfer. Oh, on January 6, right in the middle of a presidential transition. You were transferring devices. That seems like a bad management decision.

Where's the cell phone data for the cell phone? The cell phone the bomber, the pipe bomber was using on January 6. Oh, the. The company says the data is corrupted. Yeah, that's right. They can't seem to find it. How many feds were at the rally? January 6 rally? How many feds were there? Why does everyone keep wavering on this question? Just answer the freaking question, brother. You're under oath.

Why was the Secret Service driver silenced when the story came out that Donald Trump tried to attack him? And the Secret Service driver said, this is ridiculous. I want to tell the real story.

And with regards to today's show, what the happened with the National Guard?

It's now obvious to anyone. And, folks, once you are done with this show today, there is going to be, if you are a reasonable person, zero doubt that the National Guard was withheld and kept back and told to stand down.

And no one's told us the reason yet.

Did they want this to happen?

Let me start out right off the bat with some ringers here.

Here is the major general in charge of the National Guard in DC, William Walker. I want to be clear. This is from 2021. Why am I telling you that?

So it's three years later. In other words, this question's been open forever. The major general Walker on the National Guard of the National Guard in DC, he had a whole lot of questions when he was testifying up on Capitol Hill in front of Senator Hawley, and he answered him, and it's clear as day, right? He was held back, and there were some rule changes at the last minute that he was held back from launching the National Guard on January 6, which would have unquestionably stopped the insurrection. Air quotes why?

You've testified to several senators today that you faced restrictions for the deployment of quick reaction. Of the quick reaction force that you had assembled, and those are restrictions that you had not had to deal with before. Is that broadly correct?

Well, senator was never really explained to me, so it. So I'm a major general. I don't question the people above me. The secretary of the army is the secretary of the army. Secretary of defense is the secretary of defense. So all I know is that it was.

I had restrictions that were unusual to me. I hadn't had them in the past.

You thought that these MAGA fascist terrorists were going to take over DC? There was this huge threat, you were afraid of an insurrection. There's this massive threat of insurrection, MAGA terrorists surrounding the Capitol, and yet the nonpartisan commander of the DC National Guard bizarrely, is told at the last minute there's going to be unprecedented. You heard him say it. He's never seen this before. Restrictions on how he can deploy the National Guard. In other words, you're not going to deploy Jack's squad until we tell you. Millie and the army secretary.

Weird.

Almost like they didn't want public safety decisions being made by, you guessed it, public safety people. Why is that? Why is that?

He had restrictions.

Why would you want to stop the National Guard from stopping what you think could be a major insurrection? Why would you. Why would you want that?

I'm afraid your worst fears may be true.

Here's part two of this about a minute. Major General William Walker, again, of the DC National Guard on a QRF, also known in tactical lingo as a quick reaction force. He had ready to go, a force of men that could have stopped the air quotes, insurrection and why he wanted to deploy them. And strangely, everyone seemed to be against that.

So weird. It's like the worst thing since Pearl harbor, and no one wanted to do anything. Hmm.

Senator Cruz, I would have had that authority prior to January 6 to employ a direct. A quick reaction force. So the secretary of defense, his letter authorizes me to use the quick reaction force, and it says only as a last resort, where the secretary of the army, his direction to me, withholds the authority to use the quick reaction force. And he will only authorize that and only after he has a concept of operations sent to him, a conops sent to him. So that was restriction. That was unusual to me. I never seen that before.

You can't say unprecedented restrictions were placed on the deployment of a QRF at the National Guard. Good, because I didn't. He said it. The guy who's actually in charge of the National Guard.

So just to be clear, before the government was in danger of falling due to the insurrection, ladies and gentlemen, they had to draw up a spreadsheet of what? The concept of operations. Oh, yeah, that sounds. That sounds totally legit.

I'm going to say again, whatever your worst fears were about January 6, I am terrified that they're actually true.

Here's the DC mayor, Muriel Bowser quote. This tweet's still up, by the way. To be clear, the District of Columbia is not requesting other federal law enforcement personnel and discourages any additional deployment without immediate notification to, in consultation with Metro PDF if such plans are underway.

The insurrection, fellas. But God forbid we actually request some law enforcement National Guard assistance. We can't have that. Can't have the National Guard stopping what's happening. Why would he do it? Why, why? Why would they not want to stop it? I thought it was the insurrection. The government was going to fall. I thought AOC said she was going to die or something. Why would you not want to? What's that?

The insurrection abuse. Did we have that? We had the Jim did that. This is insane, man. These people are telling us they were all this close to death and they had the opportunity to stop it. And the tweets are still up. The major general is told, hey, don't you dare do it. And we change all the rules so you can't deploy this QRF. The DC mayor, don't you dare stop the insurrection.

Why would McCarthy, the secretary of the army and Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs, why would they change the rules on the National Guard?

I got a little theory about this. I want to throw this out there. You ready?

Here's my theory on this thing, folks.

I think they may have been initially afraid that if they deployed the National Guard, that Donald Trump may in fact, abuse that authority to hold on to power.

I get that's freaking crazy, but we're dealing with lunatics like Mark Milley.

I think they then realized as things may have gotten a little bit out of hand.

Follow me. Michael, you're the audience on Budsman for this one. I'm sorry, but you're nominated. Tell me if this makes sense. They initially don't want the National Guard because they're afraid Trump may abuse them and use them to stay in power. You got it? You dig? He digs.

Here's step two.

They realize this thing starting to get a little hairy. And inside, Susan Rice, Millie and others are probably thinking, maybe talking and saying to themselves, you know what? We can use this right now. This will discredit Donald Trump forever. All his election claims and everything I say we just let him rampage for a little bit.

What else makes sense, ladies and Gen, do you think that makes sense?

It's the only logical explanation why they would have done this.

Why would they tell him no? Because they probably thought he was going to pull some Hitler Mussolini move and use them to stay in power, which is so freaking dumb, it's hard to grasp. It's like Neo and the matrix got to work. No, no. Here's the actual testimony. They. Massey's been all over this case from day one. The cell phone data was corrupted just from that dude on January 6. How many were in the crowd?

Why didn't they attempt to stop it? If they couldn't stop it because they felt like it was a dangerous situation. Did they report back? If they did report back that it was getting dangerous, why wasn't the national Guard to play? You understand why they won't answer these questions? Think this through as an investigator, man.

Oh, it was really dangerous. Therefore, we couldn't have our guys intervene. Well, if it was that dangerous, why didn't you guys call the National Guard? Oh, shit. I didn't really think of that. I wasn't that dangerous. Oh, it wasn't, though. Do you guys make it dangerous?

And when I say federal assets, how many federal assets are in the crowd? I think they're asking the wrong question.

If they don't have to be FBI agents, folks, they can be what we call CIS, cooperating informants, people who are not agents at all. They're just cooperating with the FBI. Were they there? Were they ginning things up? What were they doing? If it was really dangerous, what kind of information were they getting from these cooperating informants? Fair question. No.

Well, I referred very specifically to undercover agents.

Does the FBI director feel confidently that they will come someday be brought to justice?

Well, I will say that I have enormous confidence in the team, the dedicated team that is focused exclusively on that investigation. And we have devoted loads and loads of effort into that specific investigation. Weve done investigative publicity, calling for the publics help. And so our folks are working very, very hard on that investigation. And those folks, those FBI agents, analysts and professional staff, I have total confidence in them.

And it's no wonder that Joe Biden thinks he's, he has to defend against Trump's advances.

I need you to understand that if Pennsylvania and Michigan, that have substantially large black populations in big cities like Detroit and Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, I need you to understand if those black voters move five, six or seven percentage points in the direction of Donald Trump, there is no math for them to win. There is no spreadsheet. There's no amount of cheating that's going to save them. They know this. That's why you're seeing the sea change.
