Dan Bongino
Dan Bongino, welcome to the Bongino brief. I'm Dan Bongino.
Seriously, the crackdown's coming. This is not an accident. Merrick Garland is the single biggest tyrant we have ever seen in the office of the Attorney general. Not to bring it back to the personnel issue, but I've made the case to you many times. The VP is an important pick. The most important pick in the Trump administration, in my opinion, even more so than vice president, is the attorney general. Folks, the law fair stuff has gotten out of control. If we don't clean this mess up, we're going to be living in a freaking communist country. If we're not already the attorney general. This guy wrote this op ed in the Washington Post. And if this isn't a kick, you see the new Dan Bongino mobile karate man kick in the effing ass. I don't know what is. He's basically telling you if you call us out on our law fair, we're coming for you. Here's the piece. You guys have got to read this opinion. Merrick Garland.
Unfounded attacks on the Justice Department must end.
Merritt. Here. Merrick, this is for you. If you're listening on Apple and Spotify, I suggest you watch this portion. It's about nine minutes in. This is for you, buddy. I don't work for you, dipshit, okay? You work for me. It's consent to the governed. I don't work for you. You're a scumbag tyrant. We know everything you've done. We've known your DOJ people have left to target Donald Trump for your little political witch hunts. I know exactly what you did with your Mar a Lago raid and all your use of force stuff. I know exactly what you did with Navarro, with Bannon, with George Papadopoulos. All of this stuff. You could have looked into it. Yeah, I know you weren't the Ag at that point, but I know you could have looked into this and cleaned this law fair mess up. And you haven't. You've just furthered this bullshit. And now that you may be going to jail at some point in the future for contempt at Congress, now you're running scared, so you're doubling down and you're coming for us. Look at this piece.
He notes. He notes three specific things he's talking about here. The defund portions of the DOJ FBI movement, which is real. They want to defund Jack Smith, the tyrant, which is a good move. He's talking about the Twinkies trial in New York and the Mar a Lago raid. Read this. These attacks, they're not attacks, asshole.
They're us spy spotlighting your tyranny to save our freaking country from people like you.
This guy pisses me off like no one else in the government. He's a disgusting sniffling with that voice, man.
Unidentified Speaker
Dip shit.
Dan Bongino
These attacks, he notes Merrick Garland attacks come in the forms of threats to defund particular department investigations, most recently, the special counsel's prosecution of the president. Hey, guys. You guys know constitutional law at all? This is a very complicated question. Was in the chat who has the power of the purse?
Unidentified Speaker
Do you know?
Dan Bongino
United States Congress at the House of Representatives. So weird. That's an attack, you piece of garbage.
You empowered your special tyrant, Jack Smith, and now that he's out of control and Republicans are exercising their legitimate constitutional power. Fuck wad.
Now you're all pissed off.
I can't stand this snake, this sniveling little snake.
These attacks, the attacks are coming from you.
Now listen to this. Second part could come in the form of conspiracy theories crafted and spread for the purpose of undermining trust in the justice process itself. They include fake claim claims that a case was bought by a local DA in New York and resolved by a jury verdict in a state trial was somehow controlled by the Justice Department. Folks, the evidence is everywhere. I'm going to prove it to you. Coming up.
Matt Colangelo was the number three guy in the Justice Department. He left for an intro level job in this state, the New York state, New York City office of Alvin Bragg to go prosecute Donald Trump. Of course, the footprints of the DOJ are all over it. He's also a big donor. Colangelo to Alvin Bragg. According to this tweet. I'm going to show you that's not a conspiracy theory, you dip shit.
You work for us, we don't work for you. I don't owe you shit. You understand that? I don't owe you anything. We're not afraid of you. You work for us. Your power is granted by us.
This isn't a Marvel movie, bro. You weren't sent here from Krypton.
You're a citizen that we empowered through our constitution that operates by consent to the governed. You abused it like the little shitbird tyrant you are. You got called out on it. And now you're writing this op ed because you're afraid we're going to expose you for the historical anomaly you are. Freaking tyrant in this country. At least more in a minute.
Unidentified Speaker
But first, we recently had monumental news.
Dan Bongino
That no one's talking about.
Unidentified Speaker
For the first time in our history, it's been reported that the interest we pay on the national debt surpassed every individual budget item except Social Security. That's right. The US now spends more on interest than on national defense or even medicare. And it's only getting worse as big government continues to spend like drunken sailors. That's why savvy investors, central banks and concerned savers are turning to gold. Something not tied to the inflated US dollar. You can too, with the help of Birch gold. B I r c h. For over 20 years, birch gold group has helped thousands of Americans protect their savings by converting an IRA of 401k into an IRA in physical gold.

Here's his last one. He's talking about these other dangerous things. They come in the form of dangerous falsehoods about the FBI's law enforcement operations that increase the risks faced by arranged. This is freaking hilarious. Merrick Garland, Derek Farland.
The risk. But you said armed people on 2 hours notice to mar a Lago to face down the secret Service. The only asshole in this who increased the risk of agents is you, dip shit.
Speaker one, you sniveling little muskrat snake.
It's you.
He wrote this op ed because he's coming for everyone.
He's going to use all of the powers of his, just his department of justice, to pressure social media companies and to crack down on you. Don't be surprised if you're an activist and you're not on a freaking list already.
And why is he freaked out? Because he was held in contempt at Congress. Because he's a tyrant. He is an absolute tyrant. A historical disgrace and embarrassment to this country on the level of Joe Biden.
Two of the most dangerous public officials I have ever seen in the United States of America. Corrupt kids sniffing, plagiarizing woman groping Joe Biden, and this communist Merrick Garland, who is single handedly nearly disrupted the entire justice system in the United States.
My, my level of disdain for this guy, folks, is, is, is redlined off the charts. Very few people get my blood pressure up like this loser sniveling muskrats snake. This weak little punk.
It was a contempt to Congress vote yesterday, and thankfully the republican party did something about it. Listen, is this going to solve any big problems, though? Do they deserve to crack the champagne? That's not what I'm saying. I'd rather have the guy in contempt than not. Because now, if Donald Trump wins, hopefully we can pursue this and get some handcuffs on this guy. No handcuffs. That's what I want.
Nothing else. If Steve Bannon's going to go to jail and Peter Navarro, then so is the muskrat with his whiny little Muskrat voice.
Loser.
Here's Steve Scalise yesterday on the contempt of Congress. And this guy, just so you know, the contempt of Congress involves the transcripts of Joe Biden's deposition to special counsel Robert Herb about Joe Biden stealing classified documents. They released the transcripts. They won't release the tapes because Joe Biden's probably on the tape.
Unidentified Speaker
Go.
Dan Bongino
They've already admitted they manipulated the transcripts.
Unidentified Speaker
Check this out.
Steve Scalise
Merrick Garland knows what the rules are. He issues subpoenas himself and he doesn't let the person that he's issuing the subpoena to decide whether or not they want to comply yet. That's what he said. He said he just doesn't think that this is something that he has to comply with. Well, with all due respect, Mister Garland, this is not your decision. Congress has a constitutional duty to perform oversight, which is what we're doing. We're in the middle of an impeachment inquiry, which, as Chairman Jordan pointed out, has been voted on by the House already. And now we need to get the facts.
You look at the White House themselves. They've acknowledged that as they've turned over the transcripts, those transcripts have been edited.
Well, there's one way you can find out what the edits were, and that is to actually get the source tape, get the audio. That's the only way we're going to know what was really said. We know already by the White House's own admission that the transcript does not reflect what was said. It's only the audio that does, which is why we need to get the audio tape.
Dan Bongino
Folks, I am so sick of the muskrat. Derek Farland?
Unidentified Speaker
Really?
Dan Bongino
My red line is pegged with this loser.
They are sending Steve Bannon to jail right now for contempt of Congress.
Meanwhile, look at this. The Hill DOJ memo. Oh, that's convenient. Says Derek Farland cannot be prosecuted for contempt over the Biden. Her video. You believe this shit?
Again, it's not hip hop. Oh, it's hypocrisy. There's two systems of justice.
That isn't true, brothers.
There's one system of justice for the tyrants. They're in charge. You are not. How do you fix it? You get them out of power, and you put them in handcuffs, too, for the exact same thing they told you was against the law. Contempt of Congress. This guy needs to be prosecuted like any other person, because no one's above the law, right? Mug shots, fingerprints, right to jail. Right to jail.
Don't pass go. I don't want to hear shit from the muskrat.
